1 starI picked one star because I had to make a choice. ********** would be better.I was told this company partnered with my health care provider to send out colonoscopy kits to their members. I did not sign up for this, I didnt agree to this, I didnt ask for this. It just showed up. In my conversation with them it was mentioned that according to their record. They also have me in their system!! I had never heard of Everlywell until a couple weeks ago. I have ask to be taken off their list and they are refusing. I contacted my provider as well to be taken off this list and the calls have stopped. Everlywell just keeps going. I have blocked them on my phone, they just grab another line and call again. They have crossed a very personal boundary. Any test like this that I may want to participate in, will be done on my time and at my doctors office. This is so disrespectful.Everlywell

Everlywell partners with select health insurance providers to offer at-home preventive screenings to eligible members. While these programs are entirely voluntary, we understand that not all members wish to participate and we absolutely respect those preferences.

1 starEverlywell gave my a test kit for testing my A1C when I was ready to mail it they supplied a prepaid label return address was not accurate they rorwarded it to another address by the time it got there the test was no longer viable on top of that they do not issue refunds. It was registered on July 21, returned using the prepaid label included in the kit, and delivered to our lab on July 26. The sample was processed without issue, and results were released on July 29well within the expected timeline.

1 starThis company is a joke. They take your money and then dont provide you a service, at least in my case. Over $250 for a kit I didnt even get to use, they definitely wont get repeat business from me. Ive had way better luck with lab testing at *******. Yes a mail in kit is convenient but it is not worth it when they have no accountability. Look at their reviews on trust pilot and consumer affairs. I think they scrub the bad reviews on their website- how do they have over 4 stars on their site and then awful reviews everywhere else? Seems fishy to me.Everlywell

We did take a look into your case, and it appears the kit in question was purchased in June 2022 and expired in January 2025. We understand you attempted to send it in recently, but unfortunately, as noted in our Refund, Cancellation and Replacement Policy, all samples must be collected and returned before the kits expiration date in order to ensure test accuracy and compliance with lab standards.

1 starThis is a complete scam and does not deliver results a normal doctor would for ten times the cost and I so angry at myself for falling for this. I went there and bought the kit for food allergies after watching the founder already made multi millions of dollars from this product and they sold me on an impulse buy, shame on me. This smells of the same fake stuff from Theranos but relying on a 3rd party. to do the testing. 1 starThis company sent me a FIT test for cancer detection. They told me on the phone that it takes 3-5 business days for test results. However, my sample was sent on a Tuesday from ********, to a Texas address, and I was called with a POSITIVE test result on Friday. NO WAY this was done in that amount of time. It's a horrific and gruel scam imo by his enabling despicable company and insurance companies to provide bogus screening tests'....which allows greedy insurance companies to avoid paying ANYTHING for any legit colonoscopy tests. Everlywell partners with select health insurance providers to offer clinically validated, at-home screening tests at no added cost to eligible members. The FIT Colon Cancer Screening Test you received is an *** 510(k)-cleared ***** immunochemical test, processed in a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory located in *******, ** (not *****, as you mentioned).
While most results are returned within 35 business days after a sample arrives at the lab, this is an estimated range. In some cases, depending on lab capacity and workflow, results may be processed and returned more quickly.
We stand behind the integrity and accuracy of the tests we offer access to, and our goal is to support proactive, affordable screeningnot to replace or restrict access to follow-up care. Its important to share your results with your healthcare provider so you can figure out the next steps and create a plan thats right for you.

1 starDo not use Everlywell!!!! I cannot stress this enough. I never leave reviews like this, but it shows just how terrible they are. I did a weight loss consult, thinking that after the education I received from the lady I spoke to about *******, I didnt have to follow through with the use of Everlywell. I decided ******* was not right for me. I paid $49 for the initial consult, then a month later was charged $139 for something. I emailed the company to see what this charge was for. I spoke to a lady who said she wasnt sure she couldnt see the charge. She then referred me to their other service that deals with the charges called Open Loop. They were also unable to find the charge. I called and emailed about once a month since last summer. I just finally got a response a few days ago, saying it was a membership charge, that I was not aware of, and they just sent me the policies and blamed it on me not being aware of the monthly charge. This place is a complete scam, stealing money from me and I assume others, for services they do not use. A company that values their customers and customer care, would apologize for almost a year of no answers, and the charge to my card with no explanation for all this time, and provide me with the refund I deserve after all this time. I just cant stress this enough, do not do not do not use this company.Everlywell

1 starI dont know how they got my name. I never ordered anything from them. I received a test tor A1c and a stool sample kit. The A1c results came back with a score of 5.4 normal and the stool sample came back normal. A couple of months later my doctor ordered blood tests from ********* my A1 c returned a score of 5.7 pre diabetes. I havent done a stool sample. This company is dangerous If I hadnt had a second test by a reputable company I would have assumed that their analysis was correct. This could have led to possible diabetes down the road if I had gone by their test results and had not been monitoring my pre diabetes. I dont know anything about Everlywell and I would not recommend anyone to use this company.Everlywell

1 starLike others here my experience has been extemely disappointing. I paid nearly $300 with shipping for their female panel. My wife is disabled and in chronic pain, it's hard to do anything, so the test kit for a long time and expired. I contacted them and asked if they would send a new test kit, i offered to pay the cost of the kit and shipping and their abysmal response was sorry we can't do anything for you, throw the kit away, oh and heres a measly 15% off. Its important to note the test kit is a very small portion of what you're paying for, you're actually paying for the test to be analyzed, so they should have no problem sending a new kit. The fact they refuse shows they are greedy and don't really care about their customers. I couldn't trust the results of any of their tests knowing what i know now. I told them to keep the money, they obviously need it more than me and like i said i wouldn't trust the results anyway. There's lots of other really great companies that don't treat their customers like this. Check out the Dutch test, they are an incredible company and don't operate like this greedy bunchEverlywell

1 starHorrible experience and the business has no desire to make it right. We bought two kits and shipped them back. They completely lost one of our samples and when we asked for a refund, they held back $15 for processing fees. It was their error and should be their problem. Ive never seen a company so determined to burn a bridge with a customer. Will avoid them at all costs in the future and warn everyone else to think twice.Everlywell

We partner with dependable carriers who routinely ship samples for labs and clinical practices. That said, shipping issues can occasionally occur with any carrier. While the shipping process is managed independently by the carrier, making lost packages outside of our direct control, we fully understand how disappointing these experiences can be.
In cases like this, were always happy to offer a courtesy replacement kitcompletely free of chargeto ensure you can still collect and send in a new sample. If a replacement kit is not the preferred solution, our policy allows for a refund less $15 for shipping and handling costs, as was issued on 01/15/25.
