      While I was waiting for an email response (their phones were "off" sue to high volume), for instructions for exchanging an item, I got a "loop" email containing not only all my private information, but also containing the private information of others waiting for a response.Several people I do not know have my private email, address, name etc. This is criminal!

      I have not bought anything from this company- but they keep sending me marketing emails to buy their 10 piece set for $499 when that is not the actual price. They are deceiving and will not answer any phone calls or emails. **************** and marketing is terrible. I will not be buying from this company.

      I ordered a set of pans that indicated it would ship with in 5 business days. I am 13 (calendar) days into my order and have yet to get a response on when the product would ship. After numerous attempts I only received an AI message telling me how busy they are and how important my business is to them. I have called waited on line for couple of hours (collectively), pushed the * button to receive a call from an associated with zero response. I contacted my credit card company and canceled the payment. If you take someone's money you need to ship the product or at the least notify of a potential delay so you can have the option to cancel. I have no idea if their product is any good, but their customer service is terrible.

      I bought some non stick cookware from Made In and it came with a warp on the bottom of the pans so severe that I can't cook eggs in them. The center of the pans is about a 1/4 of an inch higher than the edges.I complained and I didn't get my money back.

      Purchased a 4 piece pots/pans set (7 total including lids) in 2020 for my husband, totalling $700. are just a small family of 3 who love to cook at home. We have taken immaculate care of these pans, specifically the nonstick one- no metal spatulas, hand wash only, and seasoned frequently after use. My cheap nonstick from ******* performs and LOOKS better than the expensive made in brand. Their lifetime warranty is a farce, as they exclude literally everything from qualifying. When contacted about the awful condition of a well cared for piece, their only resolve was a 20% coupon for a new nonstick pan. Absolutely ridiculous. Their big name reviews clearly were either paid off or didnt actually use the product longer than a week. Its clear that once they get close to a grand from you, they could care less about how their product actually stands up. The other pieces are ok. But the nonstick stainless clad stands up to nothing. And this is coming from a simple home cook. Id hate to see the product if used in an actual restaurant or somewhere with high capacity use/heat. Awful customer service.

      Spent over $2,000 with this company. I accidently ordered two knife sets and have requested to return one with some other knives with no response. Every time I try to return and accept the extra credit if I buy again, theres no credit to be found lol. At a checkout they make me pay for it. Revived my 13 piece pan set. Immediately issues. Followed instructions on video on website and the instructions they wrote on paper with shipment. The Wok stripped and has white dots showing on a carbon steel wok which should be carbon blue all around. Instructions indicate to wash with soap and water, dry, re-season. Did. Ended up chipping away the carbon coating. Stainless clad ended up looking like it went through a house fire on first use. Took an hour of baking soda and vinegar to make it look decent. Still have some brown marks I cant get rid of after literally an hour. Maybe I need to buy some stainless steel cleaner or beekeepers friend, but some spots wont go away. My carbon steel pans both had dark brown stains on the handle after seasoning in the oven based on indirections given and they wont go away. **************** is awful. No one responds on email and theres no phone number which idk if these guys need a business tip, but phone calls are 100% more efficient and will save you guys money on labor unless youre outsourcing your chat and email to other countries or AI. Just super bummed after spending $2,000 plus and wanting to spend more. :(

      We are very sorry to hear that this customer had any issues with the ********************** that was purchased. We do have a phone number that customers can call. It is ************ and is available from 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The number is published on every confirmation email we send and also on the packing list that should have come with the order. We do get a lot of phone calls every day so there may be a wait time.

      From what we can tell, the customer contacted us last Thursday, September 12th via chat and these concerns were addressed by one of our customer care associates at that time, but he is more than welcomed to reach back out to us if anything has been left undone.
