1 starIt is a such a money grab company ! They dont care if you get any candidates they just want cash. 3 days of sponsored job gave me 16 applications and all from across the border . 500$ later no workers that I can hire .And after calling them they said they cant do anything at all . So go ahead and continue waste your money

1 starINDEED NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN , DISCONNECTED AND ERASED! Who ever created indeed should have their license REVOKED! ********************** is the MOST UNSAFE website I have ever gained knowledge of! The jobs are SCAMS , the jobs you apply to who are legit businesses always say, if you applied on indeed we dont have the application. Indeed is letting ANYONE create scams and schemes with NO ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION, indeed is comprising our identity and making our world VERY UNSAFE! This is a HUGE concerning matter and after almost 400 bad reviews IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN with no questioning! There is no reason for every job you click on to be COMPLETE SCAMS. They gather all of your personal data! Every please be safe and report as much as needed! INDEED NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN OR INVESTIGATED THROUGHLY!!!!!Indeed

1 starIndeed is on the verge of becoming a total scam. I was charged $ ***** after an employee read 2 applicant profiles and didn't click on the appropriate discard button. The charges increased each day and our credit card was billed without our knowledge.This is a 'GOTCHA' business model and is a disgusting way to do business DO NOT USE.Review fromRICHARD C

1 starI posted one job over a 4 day span. In the past Indeed charged me based on my daily budget which was in the range of $25-$30 per day. We obviously something has changed pretty significantly with this company. I have been charged almost $3000 for this 4 days listing. I have looked online and see this same issue has been reported on many times. It is absolutely shameful that a previously reputable company would scam innocent customers in this manner. I have reported same to customer service online and will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges if Indeed does not reply. I am not sure how they can justify such a ripoff. It is sneaky and deceitful and the company should be shut down. Do not do business with Indeed.com.Review fromVickie F

1 starIndeed installed an app on my FB account. ******** advised me a app from Indeed was on my account. I said wasnt me. But Indeed can still collect my information for 90 days? Indeed needs to confirm app deleted and any/or all information from you their system regarding my personal information deleted by Indeed. Do not want my ******** account compromised.Indeed

1 starI requested a free job sponsorship and was charged anyway even though I dont have a current credit card on file. I was told from my credit card company that Indeed has a relationship with master card and they will give them your current credit card information. I was refunded for my credit card for two or the three transaction by my credit card company. Check your credit card statement if it goes beyond 60 day you might not be able to get a credit to your credit card account.Review fromKeiron J

1 starIndeed has been the most unprofessional company to work with. I have posted a job for candidates. In the process, my account was locked after approval. Due to the factor that they wanted more information and documents on my company. They only asked for one option of three. I have given them all three documents and each time I was told this info is not accepted without any reasoning as to why. No other company I have dealt with has not accepted these official forms of documents. I have now had to call daily for update with no understand. Even their reps are at lost as I have given the correct info in their eyes as well. I would highly discourage working with them. I would rather pay from another company for the listing then to work with Indeed.Indeed

1 starI tried to file an official complaint. Indeed and BBB wont allow me to.I am the owner of an *********** Home for Autistic Adults. *************! Here is the invoice number. I've reached out to Indeed numerous times with no response. I was given 30 search credit at the beginning of each cycle. As you search and find applicants that are qualified and respond with interest, you get back 1 credit for each person that responds. 1 starIndeed Warning to Employer Job Posters Indeed will overcharge your card on file and the Indeed system offers NO Navigation or client assistance for you the client to remove your card.I applied for 5 only applications and Indeed attempted to charge me for 102 responses at $ 20 an application response which would be over 2000.I thought it was illegal for a company to use your credit card without your permission and illegal to deny you an option to delete your card information ????Is this legal ????Beware If you want to delete your card there is NO Indeed system or Navigation to delete or remove your card Wow Warning BewareReview fromGail B

1 starAfter spending thousands of dollars advertising on Indeed, they closed our business account without warning over a $600 invoice. We paid the invoice and I've worked for 6 months trying to get this account re-opened. They removed our account manager and sent me to customer service. When I finally got someone in customer service to help me, they sent me an invoice from 2016 and claimed it was unpaid and requested proof of payment of the one we paid. The ********************************************************* 6 years, no one had ever sent that invoice to me or requested payment. When I pointed it out, they said there was nothing they could do and we had to pay it. This is ridiculous. The company is so unethical and should be investigated for fraud on multiple levels.
