We purchased my wifes wedding ring in 2012 and upgraded to a lifetime coverage policy in 2017. We have never received any contact information for the policy since they closed. We would like to know if there is another company who took over the policies or if there is a way to seek a refund for the services which were never provided since their closure came suddenly after we purchased the upgraded policy.

My husband and I purchased our wedding bands and engagement rings from Rogers Jewelers, with a lifetime service plan. We purchased the plan approximately 3 months prior to the location in ******* Mall closing, and subsequent locations around ********** closing. We were not given any information at the time or since for how to utilize this service we were sold, and feel this is incredibly inappropriate and should either be provided, or refunded. We have since not been able to find any contact information at all for the company to be able to use this service or obtain the refund. We have just over $10,000 in jewelry with a lifetime plan that was $500 to cover them.

We purchased my wedding band and engagement ring in November of 2018. Andrews Jewelers has since gone out of business. We also purchased a lifetime warranty on the entire set. I have had no luck finding this company. We were not contacted about the closing of the company. I am in need of a refund or contact info to get my refund or how to go about my warranty and insurance on this jewelry.

My now husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Andrews Jewelers in 2018 and also purchased the extended care warranty. Andrews Jewelers recently went out of business and closed since. Upon speaking to another jeweler, they advised that we are entitled to receive a refund of our purchase or at least the cost of our warranty as they can no longer fulfill our purchased warranty, which is illegal. Here is the purchase information and I have also uploaded a copy of our receipt.Purchase date: 4/15/2018 Order #**** Str554 Final total: $4510.69

Hi there. My husband bought my wedding set from Andrews Jewelers (Rogers ******** in 2011. We had purchased the lifetime warranty a couple years later. Since the stores went under several years ago Ive been unable to do anything with my rights. I cant even wear them because they no longer fit me due to weight gain. I cant get them inspected/ and resized without paying to have them made like new by another company and then paying to have them reinsured. I cant get anyone to help. Please advise.

My name is ***************************. My husband, ***************************, and he bought my wedding set from Rogers Jewelers in Ft ***** located in the mall. It is, and has been out of business for awhile now. 2 of the diamonds have fallen out. My husband bought the lifetime protection plan/warranty, but what good is it if there's no way to contact anyone to fix this. My husband spent thousands of dollars on this wedding set. Over $4,0000. The original price was approximately $9000.00. These rings are almost 3 carat's of diamonds. This set was purchased I believe in 2014, and was paid for through Rogers financing. To replace these 2 diamonds would cost a lot, which is why we bought the protection plan in the first place. I just want my ring fixed by this company and to get what I paid for by fixing this, or to give me a new wedding set of equal value. I cannot find my receipt for the ring or the receipt for the lifetime warranty. It was put into their system either under ***************************, *************************, or ***************************.

https://rogersjewelers.com/warranty/ : This website show that Rogers Jewelers (Rogers and Brooke *********************** include a "Free Lifetime Diamond Warranty". When I purchased my jewelry on 11/26/21 at Rogers and Brooke ********************** in *********************** I was charged $82.99 for the warranty of a $339.99 set of diamond earrings. I was given the option to not purchase the warranty. I just feel like I should not have been charged for the warranty when the website clearly states that the jewelry comes with a lifetime diamond warranty. The website also shows "2021 *************************** ********************** All Rights Reserved." so website was updated in 2021
