    I was so excited to give my daughter the Bryan Anthonys "I am Enough" bracelet but sadly within two months of wear, the bracelet tarnished so badly that my daughter could no longer wear it. I contacted the company but was told that since the bracelet was delivered more than 30 days ago, they could not accept a return. Furthermore they showed no curiosity whatsoever about the failure of their product. After spending over $50 on a bracelet I find it unacceptable that they do not stand behind the quality of the product at all. This business presents themselves as a company that has quality products and cares for people, but in my experience that could not be further from the truth. I am writing my review here because Bryan Anthonys appears to be suppressing negative reviews and comments on their website and on their instagram. I believe that the reviews here on BBB are much more truthful and certainly consistent with my own experience. I hope others will see this review and not be fooled as I was.

    Hi, To whom it may concern, thank you for taking the time to review this case. We regret to receive a notification about this complaint case filed by the customer against us. Upon careful review of Order #********, the customer ordered the I Am Enough Bracelet on the 10th of April 2024. We received her inquiry about the issue she had with the bracelet.

    As per our policy, we can only send replacement within 30 days after the package has been delivered. However in the case of this order since almost a year now, we are unable to extend the policy.     No confirmation after almost a week, no tracking nothing. Can't even get a response to an email. From all the reviews I've read people aren't getting their orders and end up losing money in the end. To me it comes off pretty scummy.

    Placed an order. Got a confirmation thank you for placing the order and was stated would receive it in 2-6 days. Order was placed August 16 it is September 1,still have not received my order. Never received a tracking number. Reached out to company with numerous emails and no response from company. Tried communicating on their chat- no response. Tried calling phone number that is attached to the business-phone number when called stated it doesnt exist. Reached out via email to an email sent with Ambers name on it -still no response. Had a family member dm the company no response. Stay away from ordering . Website is very accessible but company is not. Buyer beware !!!

    I was told about this website by my boss. I went on and purchased the "mom baguette bracelet" for my mom's 70th Birthday. We already had purchased her other pricey gifts, so were not looking to spend alot more money and we were having trouble finding something in our price range. Bryan *******'s jewelry looked great on the website, but you never know with it being a first time purchase. The jewelry looked expensive, but was a very reasonable price! It is exactly what we were looking for. The jewelry piece was so pretty, classy and tasteful. From beginning to end, this company was a joy to deal with. I felt like we purchased and it was shipped and delivered so quick! We are actually still waiting for a ring we purchased from another company. The packaging was so pretty. The quality and packaging of this product which included a card with a "mom" message on it makes it look like such a thoughtful gift and we can't wait to give this to her! I will 100% be purchasing something for myself too and any birthday or special occasion that is to come. Thank you, Bryan *******, for making such tasteful pieces for an affordable price!     Scam artist. If you click a link from social media this company adds your email address to their mailing list without your consent - which is illegal.

    I bought 3 gifts for my bridesmaids last year totaling $100+ and my wedding was this year (12/10/2023.) I was just trying to stay on top of everything and get that out of the way. Anyway, I received their gifts in the mail and put them in my closet until the wedding day. Unfortunately, the earrings I bought for one of my bridesmaids is completely broken, the triangle isnt even on the backing. I emailed them to exchange it and they only offered a 50% code for the same pair, but told me While I cannot offer you a complimentary replacement at this time, I can provide you with a promo code to purchase a new piece at 50% off. I must also let you know that these are out of stock at the moment, and I am not sure when they will be restocked. come to find out, I could only use the 50% off code on these specific out of stock earrings even though they were literally shipped broken.     My package was apparently lost in the mail, after reading other comments I was concerned I might never see it. I emailed the company and they responded immediately and resent me another bracelet that day along with a gift certificate. It arrived 3 days later and am very happy with my purchase and customer service.

    My daughter gave me a beautiful necklace for Mothers Day and I just started wearing it more and within a few days of wearing it it is turning black. This was a special gift I was going to order one for her and my best friends but now I will not waste my money. I have tons of necklaces and none of them look this bad this fast. Terrible quality. *********************

    I ordered a necklace and a mini canvas. Upon receiving the package, the company did not pay for the shipping. I was asked to pay additional shipping costs in order to receive a subpar product. I do not trust that this is a legit business.

    I ordered nearly 100$ worth of jewelry in Oct and its now Jan and the pieces are totally tarnished. I reached out to the company by email to have to issues resolved. They asked me if I got the jewelry wet. I did. I got a short email back saying that the jewelry comes with care instructions not to get it wet. That was it. No solution to the issue Im having now. The reply was very dismissive. So I went to check out the reviews ** surely I wasnt the only one having these issues since it happened so quickly. The reviews on the ** page are turned off. ?? and all of the reviews on their website are 5 star except for 1 4 star review ??Dont be fooled by the price; this jewelry is very cheaply made. Save yourself some money and just go to Target.
