      Back in 2024 I purchased a voucher for home cleaning services through Homeaglow to clean an investment property. The cleaner confirmed the appointment than later cancelled due to an untimely death in the family. My appointment was than rescheduled for another cleaner who than canceled the appointment due to car issues. This was very unprofessional and caused me more money as a had to locate a cleaning service that could do a last minute job. Fast forward to 2025. I was never issued a refund however I could still use my voucher. So I booked an appointment for 7/31 at 10am. Around 10:30 after the appointment the cleaner canceled the appointment for car trouble reasons. I explained my frustration that she couldve called in advance and the excuse I was giving was her phone was dead. I emailed the company about about a refund along with screenshots and they offered to send another cleaner this morning at 10am to complete the cleaning. The cleaner called my phone several times 5 minutes before the appointment and when I would answer they would say nothing. I called back several times just to receive their voice message. I messaged the cleaner on their phone number and through their system. The cleaner sent a text back at 10:43 staring they were 5 minutes away from my home however never showed up. I emailed the company again provided screen shots. They responded by saying my services was canceled because the cleaner had a lockout. This is after he stated he was 5 minutes from my home. I waited an entire hr at the requested service home for no one to show up and had to deal with terrible communication.

      Meanwhile, I'm sorry to hear about your less than ideal experience with your cleaners. I know your time is important thus I've gone ahead and made sure that you will no longer be paired with your prior cleaners which includes ****** and *******. On another hand, we previously sent an email on August 1, 2025 3:47PMCDT regarding the resolution we provided for the Lockout.

      I purchased a blocker for $19 towards my first months cleaning with Home Aglow. I was aware this was a six month commitment but when the cleaner never arrived and I tried reaching her via text (never responded) and phone (she hung up on me) I realized this is likely a scam.

      I used Homeaglow to schedule cleaning services. I had one cleaner late cancel, one cleaner no show, and one cleaner charge me for a four hour cleaning when they were only here for three hours. I emailed customer service to let them know Id like to cancel my membership without the cancellation fee because they had not lived up to the description. They responded that they could not waive the cancellation fee but they could offer me a free cleaning and a free month. When I thanked them for their offer but said no thank you, they responded with the same offer again. I told them again I would be canceling and I would just pay the fee. When I went online to pay the cancellation fee, it would not process my cancellation. It only gave me the option to continue the service. I reached out to customer service once again, letting them know I had been unable to cancel. They responded that the card associated with my account had insufficient funds. This was not the case. A credit card, not at its max limit, was on file. It was the same credit card they had charged for four different fees just two days prior. I am still waiting for them to assist me in canceling my membership, even with agreeing to pay the cancellation fee.

      Homeaglow locks you into forever clean membership I never wanted. I discussed only email. They dont alway you to cancel. They want you to pay ****** I dont have. I just want to cancel.

      I have tried to contact this company numerous times to stop the recurring charge to my credit card. I have met the guidelines to stop recurring payments with no additional cost. They continue to try to charge my card resulting in the card having to be replaced. I want the service stopped immediately.

      July 19, 2025/July 27, 2025 Membership purchased on 7/19/25 as part of $19 promotion/trial. Company auto enrolls you in monthly membership without your acknowledgement and charges ****** for "early" cancellation of promotion. Reason for cancellation was that one their cleaners no-showed with no response the morning of a scheduled cleaning on 7/27/2025. Not wanting be involved with an unreliable service, I attempted to cancel my membership not knowing that I would be charged a hefty price to cover the costs of the initial $19 sign up promotion that I had already paid for. Since I had only been a member for such a short time, I attempted to contact customer support with 0 success and then realized that this is a recurrent issue with this company. They never tell you you will be charged for membership cancellation, or even that you are being enrolled in a membership when you agree to the promotion. They market the promotion as a trial, with no specified dates or prices and then offer 0 customer support when things go wrong.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I do not want a credit for a membership service I am canceling. The company is unreliable and a host of other consumer complaints show the same thing. I paid for a service I did not receive, a credit for a future service is unacceptable. I have paid for the initial received serviced, but I refuse to pay for the cancellation of my membership because they are unable to provide reliable service. If the company would like to give me a refund for my membership, that would be acceptable. Not a credit. I refuse to continue doing business with a company that does not regard their consumers wallet.

      In May, I used home glow cleaning service the cleaner that they sent out stained the floors with a chemical that they used. I attempted tocancel the service and be reimbursed, and the company refuses to call me back or reimburse any money and keeps charging me a subscription fee

      There is a cancellation fee that is not advertised which is very concerning because if this had been mentioned up front I would not have paid for the service. People should be able to cancel as easily as they can get the service.
