    This company has been getting bad reviews because it is frequently being confused with quickhealth.care, which is based in **************, **. This is NOT that company. From my experience, this is a highly reputable and trustworthy company. It provided me with valuable information about the company concerning which the complaints really should be made. Please DO complain about the Quick Health in **************, **. Please do NOT complain about the Quick Health in *********.

    4te quick ***** is how the appear on my credit card dispute! This company needs to be shut down! They practice to deceive. Im out close to $8000.00 dollars. First it was my carrier was no longer going to insure anyone, not true Cambridge is still insuring. I agreed to switch carriers as long as my premium I paid with ********* would be credited. I was told it would and the paperwork I signed with my credit card info would be put in with the wrong expiration date so the charge would not go thru until they could work out the credit. WRONG! After I realized they changed my card for the full amount with no credit I tried to reach them for a week. Phone calls they promised to return were never returned on hold for hours, I did the only thing I knew to to, reverse the charges with my credit card company. I then called quick ***** for a refund for the Cambridge policy, I was informed by ***** that I signed the policy that said I could not reverse credit card charges, and she would take all of my money and put me in a policy until 2025 unless I withdrew my dispute only then would she help with cancellation and a refund. Lies I withdrew the dispute and she would not return my calls. I cancelled this policy with the 30 day free look on February 29, 2024. 60 days in I contacted my credit card company for help. All I was trying to do was get ***** ********* coverage for myself and husband. I have never dealt with anything like this. I have been self employed and buying my health ********* on my own for 30 years I have never dealt with anything like this deceitful company. I pray my credit card company find in my favor.

    This company is taking money out of my account I don't even know who they are. I did not sign up for them. At one time they tried taking a double payment out. And then went to my ATM to try to take it out. Something's going on when I tried to contact them I can't get anyone to respond *****************************

    Serious problem with Quickhealth here. I'm unable to terminate my account. I've tried repeatedly to do so, it can take almost an hour to contact somebody on the phone. I finally did and thought that my account was cancelled, and now I see $1135.00 debited from my account again.How do we stop this?

    This company has fraudulent practices. I got insurance in February 2023, I paid my premium in full for the year because I got a discount. In October 2023. My bank notified me and quick health was trying to take out a double unauthorized payment 4 months early. I said do not pay this ...and somehow a little over $******* was paid to them. I called quick health immediately. And they apologized and said they would. reverse the charges. The next day there was another $******* charge, again I called my bank and told them what was going on. Long story short, they tried to take out a total of $26,000.00 In order to stop this madness. I had to cancel my credit card because they kept trying to charge$******* I got a email stating that my current insurance plan that was was paid in full... was canceled due to non-payment. I contacted **** and she said that she would fix it and get back with me and for me to be assured that things would be okay, but tried to get me to drop the fraud charges.I also talk to *******. I talked to somebody to see if I had coverage and I was told no. They have been contacting me every day to reinstate my insurance for a much lower price and more coverage. After 2 months, the still has not been resolved. They owe me *******. They also go by different names, ABN health Cambridge health, sbma. When you do call them they do not call you back or it's hours later and nothing gets resolved. It has been a complete nightmare.

    Last late March I was looking for dental insurance and a broker referred me to these people. At that time it was not clear from their voice messages that it was not dental insurance but a discount. Now it's the first thing they say. I foolishly paid for a full year plus a handling fee. I received a membership card by email but my dentist would not touch it. I immediately tried to get a refund. They owe me $659 but have stalled me in my monthly calls since April. Lately their phones are always busy. If I have got through they have repeated back my phone number and said someone would return my calls. They never do. My membership was "Advantage Starter. Dentachoice Plus".

    Scam artist. Wont answer or return your calls. ***** supposedly is the manager but has not done her job. Purchased coverage through quick health. ******* sold me a family plan after double checking I could continue seeing mine and my daughter's doctors. I paid ******* months so it was "discounted" when purchasing this it was clear as day (recorded for quality blah blah) I explained my needs and my previous coverage and was clear about wanting it to be the same. Not only did they neglect to put my daughter and husband on the plan until the end of My policy. They also informed me that they dropped contracting with swedish. I've called and called, they refused to give me my money back two months in. They assured me my husband and daughter were on the policy 7. Times. Several people. Finally spoke with my insurer and they verified they were no where to be found. They're criminals and they know it. Waste of life. Insurance commissioner won't touch them nor will the department of laborers. Don't let them fool you. They won't ever fix their mistakes.

    Signed up for healthcare in early August and paid 1-month premium with start date of of September 1. Email said October premium would be debited on September 5. They debited my account on August 25th. Tried to cancel and they said it would take 30-days to recieve my refund. 30 days later.. not refund yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    This company is trash! I've been paying for a whole year for my children to be on dental insurance and for a whole year, they have not been added. My children have been turned down every single time they've been to the dentist for not being on the insurance! This is a violation of my children's rights, especially being denied service that we are paying for. This is a medical emergency and they don't care about their customers. All they say is it was a filing error and should be fixed next week and next week again and again for a whole year! This is ******** I'm getting ready to file a lawsuit! I give zero stars!
