My experience was with ZenBusiness in ************ Mi April 2024 I had started with them to form a LLC. $99. My business was just me really not making a profit. Next thing I know is a withdrawal on my card for a registered agent $199, LLc $99 banking pro, website, etc totaling ****** plus $45.00 I immediately contacted them to say I did not need this. They informed me that I had to cancel the register agent form thru the state of Mi before any refund could be issued they needed proof of this I never would have approved this then I was charged an additional $45 for pro banking, website, & other services I did not subscribe to these all were monthly renewals that I remember seeing but knew I did not need because my business was not making revenue. Numerous emails to support and a call w ********** had repeated I wanted cancelled. Still since April 12,2024 zero has been resolved. I have filed a cancellation form with my state and have sent again requesting cancellation of the rest of my services as I do not want any further action with this company. I want small businesses to know how this company works and when you read their cancellation policy which says you may cancel at anytime its not true. Do not subscribe to these services until you need them. This business does not do anything for free like ****** search says. Do not give them your banking information unless you want to subscribe. I will get refunds because I will not stop trying until I do. I even tried to be honest with them that Im on disability fixed income they do not care. Good luck I will keep you posted.
