    **************** that imports pieces from ***** that they do not check for quality control. As a designer, I cannot recommend them. Run away!

    I called Four Hands as their patio furniture chairs- the ************ chairs fell apart. The webbing supporting the cushions disintegrated even though the chairs are in a covered area. The cushions faded as they dont even use Sunbrella. I called customer service. No help.. Horrible quality.Have purchased Tropitone, Castelle, *************************** brands that lasted forever. Not them.

    Complete junk! Buyers beware of purchasing Four Hands furniture. I purchased 7 chairs and 2 side tables that are completely falling apart in less than 2 years and cost over $5000. I contacted them directly to see if I could get them to replace the chairs through the retailer and they gave me the run around. The retailer refused to replace the chairs and Four Hands never responded. Now I have to replace them all.

    I've always purchased Four Hands items because I assume they to be synonymous with high quality. I recently purchased an outdoor sofa that was ~$2000, and it arrived cracked. When I tried to exchange, the retailer said that Four Hands said the crack was "as intended" and would happen with normal use. I'm appalled that Four Hands doesn't stand by their products, since they are a HUGE investment for the everyday ********.
