    If it were possible to give less than one star, I would have done that. The Home Service Club is both inefficient and deceptive. I called "The Home Service Club" to know if my bathroom exhaust fan was covered under my Warranty Contract. I was informed that it was covered, and they went further to create a claim for me. The claim/service was assigned to a company for Technician to come access and repair. As a result, I paid $75 for "service fee" when the assigned Technician reported at my property. The Technician just did visual inspection and promised to come back after obtaining approval from "The Home Service Club". However, to my utmost surprise and disappointment, I received an email from "The Home Service Club" in which they shamelessly stated, "After careful review, we regret to inform you that your claim is not covered". I will not recommend "The Home Service Club" for anyone.

    I had high hopes for The Home Service Club, but my experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. While their coverage options initially seemed appealing, the terrible customer ********************** has made it impossible to recommend them.Whenever I needed assistance, it was challenging to get in touch with their support team, and when I finally did, the representatives were unhelpful. The technicians they send out are equally disappointing. They displayed unprofessional behavior, and the quality of their work was subpar at best.In the end, I felt like I was wasting my time and money. If youre looking for a reliable home warranty company, I suggest exploring other options.

    This company is awful. Poor overall customer **********************, quality of repairs, etc. Do not recommend. It saves more money and time to hire people on your own. This is not insurance.

    The Home Service Club is the WORST Home Warranty provider there is. They send unqualified technicians to your home, that try to ******* you out of money, then don't provide the service they claimed to provide. Our family's safety has been put at risk several times, due to the subpar technicians they have sent to our home. This summer, they left our family without AC for a month, during the hottest period of the year. They didn't cover a vital repair to our AC unit, simply because their Home Service Club representative made an unqualified assessment & denied our claim. They allow their customer ********************** reps to make determinations they are UNQUALIFIED to make. They make assessments that ONLY CERTIFIED technicians should make, & the Service Club runs with those determinations-- which is absolutely unacceptable. If you try to dispute anything, they send you into an endless loop of case managers that DO not call back. When someone does call you back, it's likely a week later and 8/10 times it is someone who does not speak English well. I am a bilingual person, I can appreciate someone that speaks a different language, but when your house is 100 degrees inside and the customer ********************** rep that called you does not have basic communication ******* ***** have to wait an entire week to speak to someone else, it is extremely frustrating! If you call more than once in a day, they literally tell you that you can call as many times as you like, but they have no intention of addressing your dispute. My opinion, The Home Service Club takes your money, and does not provide the services they claim to provide in their CONTRACT. They put you and your family at risk by not doing their due diligence with regards to the contracting services they send to your home, and when those contractors make mistakes, they do not hold them accountable! You have the option to choose other warranty companies to do business with, and YOU SHOULD choose another company that is NOT the Home Service Club!!

    I would give 0 stars if possible! 2 weeks of waiting for a technician after submitting my claim request. I get auto responses saying they are working on assigning a technician. Total waste of money. Glad I didn't buy their "extended plan".

    they are totally ripoff. Make us to pay for diagnostic and find way to refuse to pay repair cost They send technician has no license. They just select cheapest company to work. Company sending noon certified technician. When you asked for their credentials they will never provide it.

    Called Monday, no hot water due to Hot Water Tank. HSC sent ******* Tuesday, said should be no problem replacing. Claim denied. What on earth is purpose of HSC warranty, if there is no peace of **************** that lacks integrity to stand by their word. Going on 4 days without hot water at all in our home and it's been unusually cold!

    My warranty was effective on August 14,2023.I paid this in full $389.97. I called August 15,2023 with a washer noise problem. The technician was sent out and they reported the washer was unrepairable. Prior to the 15 I have called numerous times with lies about not getting paper work from Sears.The week of September 15 I was told parts were ordered for an $106 to please wait for the technician. Also that a technician would be there in 48hrs. On the same day I was sent a denial letter via the portal which I was not privy of.. I was just notified about this today because I called in to see what happened. And Ive been getting the runaround since August. One minute they was going to fix it the next after a month and a half the claim was denied. So many lies told about one claim. Too much to write about and the customer ********************** calls are not being documented. And you can not get copies of receipts from ***** or the notes.

    Horrible customer **********************! Do not recommend this company! We purchased a warranty policy May of 2023. July we called to make a claim as our heat pump stopped working. They were never able to find a technician to come out, instead of communicating this information they just closed the ticket. I called asking what the status of our repair was and was told they had it down as an air conditioning unit not a heat pump. They opened a new ticket. I again was not getting any notification that a technician was coming out, called again to find out they were still looking for someone to service the air conditioning. I then made a 3rd request stating the heating was not working. I made over 8 phone calls, Each time being told it was being worked on. I repeatedly asked to speak to a Manager, I was told they can't transfer me to one. I then tell them I want to cancel the service because they are doing nothing! I was then transferred to a manager, he asked that I give them 3 working days to make this right. Again, no return call, no technician scheduled to come out. I called again fed up and way past fed up hearing they understand and that they're working on it. Told them that's not acceptable at this point! How long do I have to wait? I told the 2nd manager I spoke with to put herself in my shoes. She told me she couldn't do that. I cancelled the policy and I am out an additional 200 dollars. I had to pay a cancelation fee and a pro rated monthly fee for each month I had this service that I couldn't get any help from! They say it will be 15 to 30 days and they will put check in the mail. I have no faith that will happen and no faith in this company!DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY!!
