      This company is a scam. I called them about subpump issue. No one answered the phone. I had to ****** the company because the 888 number was bogus. After getting someone 2 days later from the number on ******, the customer service *** was rude, especially when I told him I wanted to cancel my warranty. After trying to keep me from canceling a number of times after me telling him NO, Cancel, he told me it would take 12 to 17 weeks before I could get my refund, over$600. Do Not do business with this company , trust me you will regret it.

      HOME ASSURE AND HOME PROTECT ARE RIPPING OFF ELDERLY PEOPLE I'M 77. THEY WON'T EVEN LET ME CANCEL BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE A CONTRACT NUMBER. THEY NEVER SENT ME A CONTRACT. HOME ASSURE AND ******************** HAVE THE SAME CONTRACT NUMBER! HMM THIS IS A SCAM. SINCE THEY WON'T LET ME CANCEL THEY SAID THEY WILL KEEP ON BILLING ME. UNHEARD OF? NO. HOME WARRATY SCAMS GET SENT TO EVERYONE. THEY ARE GETTING RICH OFF OF US. IT DOES NOT MATTER IF THEY ARE BBB ACCREDITED OR NOT! I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO TURN TO GET CLOSURE ON THESE ***** I LIVE ON SS AND DON'T BRING IN ENOUGH TO PAY THESE PUNKS. HOW CRUEL AND GREEDY THEY ARE.

      Elder abuse. My 86-year old mother received in the mail a serious looking FINAL NOTICE of cancelation of a HOME WARRANTY POLICY #H14AN_____ that demands action within 5 days at the phone number 1-800-___-____. Only on the inside, at the bottom, in tiny, slanted print does it finally indicate this is mere spam, junk mail stating, "Not all consumers have previous coverage. **************** is not affiliated with your current mortgage holder. Florida License *******"

      Like a lot of the other reviews they called and talked my 87 year old mother into taking out a policy. She called to cancel 10 days later for her and they left her on hold for an hour. She tried again same result then she tried again same result. Then I tried person I talked to was rude and unhelpful. I have sent 10 emails yes I can provide them and 0 results. My mother is on a fixed income this is killing her and it needs to stop, will try again tomorrow but Im sure I will have a simaler result. Will update when I can

      This company talked my 90 year-old mother into purchasing a policy that she did not need. Upon cancellation of this policy within the 30 day cancellation period, we were told we would be receiving a refund of the $495 within two weeks. It has been over two months and multiple phone calls with no refund. This company literally stole my mothers money, would not ever recommend this company to anybody.

      For the last 2 years they continue to harass us after plenty of times indicating that we do not want their service. I want them to stop calling, sending letters in the mail or any other type of contact. They have become rude and pushy when told that we do not want the services they offer.

      I received a letter to "renew" my coverage with this scamming organization as I had never even heard of them. When I asked if they were re-insured as a backup if the went out of business, they said they were insured by AM Best. I told them that is not an insurance company but a rating company. They refused to send me a "dummy" copy of the contract so that I could review it to make an informed decision. They said they don't operate that way. They asked all kinds of questions and they said they would "happily be able to offer their Premium Contract". I told them I wanted to read it. Again, they refused so I firmly stated "I don't think you are the kind of company I would do business with" and hung up. BUYER BEWARE. If there sales tactics are anything like their service must be, no one in their right mind would give them any money. They want you sign up for a three-year agreement without seeing the details. No way. I am a retired School Superintendent and any company that dealt with our school had to provide copies of contract before being signed. This company was obviously hiding something. DO NOT BE THREATENED by their high pressure nonsense.

      Bad, bad, bad, bad.... DO NOT go with this company. The interaction we had on the phone was initially wonderful (great sales folks) but when I decided NOT to go with them, I got the "Finance Guy" and he gave me so much grief and ended up accusing me of insurance fraud because I wouldn't go through with the policy. Unbelievable. I had already started the process of initiating the policy though and they had my credit card information... and asking for a refund wasn't going to happen. This "finance guy" was rude, accusatory and downright chauvinistic (he demanded to speak with my husband, the "decision maker"). We are now having to dispute the charge with the bank and I'm cancelling my credit card so they can't try any future shenanigans.
