    This is a positive experience I had with this organization and it's representative *****. He was beyond professional and helpful as I was in a crisis with my home. After finding out he could not be of service real-estate wise,he didn't abandon me with my problem. So professional and helpful. If I were to sell my house under normal circumstances. I would give him a call. Thanks to him for being so professional.

    My experience with NextStep Homebuyer was excellent! If you own a property that you do not wish to sell in the traditional way, I highly recommend NextStep Homebuyer. There is no pressure, they are professional, kind and courteous and you will close quickly with a company that follows through on exactly what they say they will do.

As is often the case with real estate deals, we encountered several problems, even on the day of closing, but thanks to *****, everything worked out.     NextStep Homebuyer has really done an exceptional job helping their clients accomplish whatever the client is looking for. If it is a quick close at a good price they can do that. If the seller needs to move across the country and needs the mortgage covered during the transition period and sales process, they can do that as well. As long as there is a way to make it happen, they will make it happen. I have helped with a couple of their transactions and have been extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity, which is often hard to find in this type of real estate transaction. I would absolutely recommend them to the seller that needs their services.

    When ***** reached out to me to work for them I wasn't really sure what to think. At first I was skeptical but I'm glad that I did it! Everything went great! They did everything they said that they would! I would definitely recommend working with them!
