Im an unhappy customer. I reached out to this company by phone, the number no one ever comes to the phone ever. I received out through email informing the company I no want there product and to cancel my order out which I received a response back stating my order was cancelled, due to my surprise the order was never cancelled and upon just checking my email as I always do it lets me know I had a delivery from this company which I was VERY SURPRISED BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THIS ORDER WAS CANCELLED THAT SAME DAY, I would like this to be refunded back to the debit card. I purchased a set of hearing aids on 18 April, 2025. I have had the device for over 30 days (received on 29 April, 2025 to today's date of 3 June, 2025), followed the directions for use, however, I am unable to get accustomed to it. I have attempted to contact nebroo customer service at via ************ with no answer each time, rather being on hold for an hour each time, only to leave a message, which I did. I have sent an email to ***************************** requesting my refund as noted below.I respectfully request assistance to get a RRR#, Address to ship the product to and a Prompt Refund of my purchase price back to my original method of payment ************************* have attempted to contact nebroo customer service at via ************ with no answer the first time and then after calling again and on hold for an hour, only to leave a message, which I did. I am requesting a refund of $296 for the return of an Infinity 4 in 1 upgrade hearing device, order #****** (screenshot of email below). I feel this issue is now resolved. This could have been resolved satisfactorily and without BBB involvement if the business customer service line had answered the 'stated' 24/7 call line.

Have tried calling to request a full refund of $395 and cancel the monthly subscription of $19. Was put on hold for almost 1 hour and then hung up on me. The items did not work for me. On 1/20/2025 I ordered hearing aids from Nebroo. I received them and began using them on 1/27/2025. I was not happy with them and returned them to their return address given to me verbally by phone on 2/28/2025 in accordance with their return/refund policy. No refund has been received as of this date (5/16/2025). I attempted to write to their business address as provided in the return policy, but that letter was returned as undeliverable. I had made a purchase to NEBROO, April 30 2025. For a pair of hearing aids. They claimed to be under ******. Then went on to offer a better pair for ******. So I decided I'd pay a little extra and get the more expensive ones. Not knowing I had to buy both. I feel like they tricked me into paying for both. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off. More so because I still havent received anything at all from ,(NEBROO). I decided to look into this company to see if I wasn't the only one not happy with the way they're doing business. I found that several people unhappy with there product. Because of the sneaky way they conduct themselves and slow manner in which they're choosing to do business. On 6 January 2025 I purchased a set of hearing aids from Nebroo for $99. As I was completing the transaction they talked me into 'upgrading' to the better model for an additional $199. $298 later I received these worthless things. When I complained that the user buttons were extremely difficult to use, and the hearing quality was terrible, and that I wanted refund, the *** told me that I had to keep the unit for 90 days to get a complete refund! Additionally, if I settled for a partial refund they would do that right away. I was so angry at that point, I said OK. These things are completely useless and I want them to refund the $90 that they hi-jacked from me.Business Response
