      I wouldnt even push 1 star, if it would let me continue without any star. I asked not to be on their revolving order, and they did anyway. When we tried to cancel it, the girl was very rude and demeaning. They had sent two revolving orders and said they cant refund. Because of this treatment and lies, I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

We're sorry to hear you had that experience, I can assure you we never want our customers having a negative feeling while cancelling their subscriptions. For those ordering the Free Trial for ************** when you're checking out on the website, you are asked to agree to a trial of a monthly subscription that starts 30 days later. Thankfully, all of the bottles of ************* you've received so far are eligible for a full refund, so I've sent return instructions to the email address on file. These will explain how to send back your unopened bottles so they can be refunded back to your card. Just in case you did not receive the email, I've included the information here:

      Im 47 and had so much pain in my joints just four days ago, which Ive noticed is gone. Taking this product in the morning and Vitamin D3 at night is the only thing Ive been doing different. I used to ache just laying in bed, and getting up was sometimes even worse. Im tracking this very closely because I was in such agony it was depressing. Im excited to start my morning walking again and hopefully I can get back to the gym. ?? Ill keep you guys posted

      They definitely are scamming old people. I called the company and pretended to be my 75-year-old mom to cancel getting pills that she did not need. She has a primary doctor and she has medicine prescribed by her doctors. Thank God, I started monitoring her account and found this out.

      This company is a scam, they prey on the elderly . They are sending my 88 year old mother emails asking her to pay $14.95 to cancel a subscription. No phone number is provided to call customer service. My mother has dementia and is considering paying them and I told her to delete, it's a scam, you don't have to pay to cancel a subscription. Would leave zero starts if I could. they should be ashamed of themselves. Please shut them down.

      I signed up for the trial bottle and canceled on their website shortly after I ordered. It shows NO trail of that cancellation. They continued to ship bottles of product to me which I haven't used and sent back to the company for a refund!!!! They finally canceled my subscription. When I log into my account after they canceled my subscription, they won't allow you to delete your credit card information. I just want my refund and have submitted my claim for dispute through my ****************. Fix this guys!!

      I ordered 4 bottle of their supplement HealnSoothe- (one free= pay only shipping). This product made me VERY sick and I experienced violent vomiting after taking. Unfortunately -it took me 3x to go through this until I figured out it was related to the HealnSoothe product. Once I ended up in the hospital -as doctors thought it was related to my diverticulitis issues. In hospital they told me I did not have diverticulitis, but I did have an eColi infection. I blamed it on a cheese stick that had been out of fridge for hours. Two days later-I ended up back in the hospital--in ER. That doctor said it was still the *****. What had I done in common with the first time I got sick?-- eaten same cottage cheese AND TAKEN HEALnSOOTHE. (That time- I threw up 10x within a couple hours!)I even asked the ER doctor if he thought it could be related to the supplement. We both thought "not likely". So I blamed the cottage cheese. However -just in case- I did not resume taking the product until after I felt healed up. I waited over a month. Then on Nov. 8, 2024 I took 2 HealnSoothe pills. Three hours later, I was vomiting hard once again! NOW I KNEW FOR CERTAIN IT WAS THE HEALnSOOTHE!! This time I called the company. They did give me -first a "partial refund", then a full refund including shipping charges--when I complained. Someone from the company called me and wanted me to return the unused bottles.- they sent *** to get them. Wrote me an email later and said the pills were tested as were the bottles and no eColi was detected. Whether this is true or not- I do not know. Either their product was contaminated or the ingredients in their product and my gut ***** did not agree. (I had been through a lot of antibiotics around this time.). But I am CERTAIN the vomiting was caused by the taking of HealnSoothe! I will never order anything from the Health Back Institute again! I did write them and confirm that I received their refund as they asked me to- so far - no reply.

      This is the best product I have ever try for my body pain. I tryed several *** Approved medications but, non of them completely take the pain away from me. All other medications was making me feel drained and tired because was making me sleepy. This is entirely natural, in 2 weeks the pain was under control. In 3 weeks the pain is gone. Inflammation is gone. I am able to have a normal life. I was feeling miserable in pain unable to walk straight. My daily activities was reduced in a 90% to the point I gained 80 pounds. Heal-N-Soothe is a BLESSING in my live. Thank you so much. My life changed. By the way this is my real story. No one pay me for saying this.

      PREDITORY COMPANYLate night while in having back pain, I ordered from HBI. HUGE mistake!! I received the initial shipment of bottles (I ordered several bottles as it seemed to most cost effect) , only to find I was receiving monthly charges for a newsletter as well as an additional bottle. After contacting customer service, unless unchecked which she admitted was buried in the agreement, these charges would occur. Unbelievable!! Buyer beware!!Besides the sneaky business practice, the product made absolutely no difference in my back pain.Can not recommend this company. My only recommendation to run away FAST.

      Though the products didn't seem to reduce my pain, and caused constipation, I was quite impressed in the ease and responsiveness to both cancelling my subscriptions online, as well as request and receive a full refund of my purchase in less than 24 hours. Try the product! It may work for you! And if it doesn't, in my experience, they stand behind their guarantee, no tricks or gimmicks.
