I dropped off my golf driver on 5/14 for repair (work order ******* and I have had no recourse. I call weekly and it's the same response, ***** will contact you. I am aware of the supply chain issues, but the lack of response is appalling. The lack of response is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

Date of Trans: 6/27/2021 Purchased custom fit golf irons (Ping)Prepaid ****** for the iron Prepaid $499.00 for the custom drive Follow-up numerous times to get a shipping status.1st in Aug, then end of September, then middle of Oct, then Nov.I understand the supply chain backlog.Cancelled the entire order on September 10th.Received the $499.99 within 10 days Still waiting for the $****** credit to be applied. Been in touch with the local GM and the Corporate Support for months now.Still no credit of $******Customer response
