**** and his team delivered poor quality work. Every time you talk to **** he tells you how his men are "the best at what they do" yet the reality is otherwise. I will keep this factual and to the point since it's not a review but a complaint. The issues that I experienced with Patriot Construction are the following:1- Lack of attention to detail. Please review the pictures.2- I had to discuss multiple billing adjustments due to dishonesty from the ********** of them were having lunch breaks on the clock. Some others were trying to bill me for redoing work that I was billed for already. These are the ones I caught, I'm sure there are other things I didn't catch.3- The team stopped coming without notice for a full week delaying the project which affected my rental income.4- The timeline that was given to me was 6 weeks for 3 men including indoor and outdoor projects. Yet they took more than 12 weeks for the indoor part only. Please note that no surprises were encountered as I'm very familiar with this unit (even what's inside the walls as I did the other identical units before hiring Patriot). The delay was purely mismanagement from Patriot's side.5- Some team members would be sitting around or chatting while on the clock. The only person that was efficient was JR.6- Attempting to get ****'s attention failed because he was busy with another project. His team attempted to repair some work but made things even worse. When this was ****** up to **** he refused to adjust the payments but insisted on trying a third time to address the issues. Then when I finally agreed to it, after initially refusing, he claimed to have a family emergency and never reached out afterwards like he promised.7- I have done the other units with similar scope of work AND better results for one third of the expense.8- Communication was extremely difficult after my project manager went on vacation and a lot of questions and texts went unanswered. I wish I had more space to write more!
