I walked into a 7-Eleven branch located around ****************************************************. There was a store clerk there that did not seem to understand the concept of customer service at all. I should not have to stand there repeating a simple order for a slice of pizza several times. The pizza was behind a glass container and required a clerk to retrieve the order. This store clerk just put in the price on his register and stood staring at me. Getting the slice of pizza that I ordered was part of the process correct? Instead, this store clerk just stood staring at me with some type of goofy expression on his face. Eventually I had to ask for his manager. The clerk acted as if he could not comprehend that. The manager just stood by preoccupied as if nothing was going wrong. Until I called for the manager again. Eventually the manager stepped over to explain how the price was input. Yet, I still did not have the pizza as his employee stood there seeming incompetent. I did not get a good look at the pizza as I should have. I assumed that they would have fresh pizza prepared already. Instead, this clerk brought me over pizza that looked close to rotten. I would not dare eat the disgusting slice of pizza because apparently it is not fresh. Judging by how dark the sauce on it. Over all I am thoroughly disgusted by the lack of competence shown at that store. Terrible service and that clerk needs either stricter micro management or a replacement. The manager does not seem to use much common sense either. Serving rotten food is the health concern & risk to the general public. I lost $2.05 due to the purchase also. Please review the attached document of the slice of pizza. Then ask yourself if you would go ahead and eat it. Then read their reviews here at ****************************************************** that proves how awful the service is.
