On 4/26/22 I paid $4,350.00 to Always Available Garage Door Repair as a deposit on two full view garage doors and installation plus sealing. (I paid him $2000 by credit card, the remainder by check). I renovated a car port into an office and needed garage doors to seal the room up. The invoice written stated there was a 12 - ******************************************************************************* second week of August.Around mid August I started calling and texting ***************************, the owner to ask when the doors were going to arrive. He said they were still on back order and as the weeks went by he became harder and harder to get a hold of (his voice mailbox was always full and he rarely answered my texts). On Wednesday Oct 5 I texted him again and his answer was They received the doors Im just waiting on a shipping date. (He did not define who they are). I asked when the doors will arrive here. He texted I would probably look at a couple of weeks to 3 weeks tops.I texted him on Oct 25, 26, 27, no answer. Finally on the 27th he texted saying I got an email out to him Ill let you know here in a little bit (I have no idea who him is). He didnt text or call back. I pestered him some more, then on the 29th he said hed call them the following week. More texts, more delays.Nov 10th, I called him again and this time he picked up. I him this was ridiculous, I wanted proof he actually placed the order. He said hed get it to me. He never did.On Nov 16th I called *********, the manufacturer of the doors on Nov. and they have no record of the order. ***** no longer answers my texts or picks up my phone calls. He has $4,350.00 and I still have an office with no doors. I want my deposit back.
