      I purchased cookies from there app yesterday 5/2/25 with a promo code which the order came up to $26.46 . But they evidently had some issues with the site and charged my card 3 times and they dont want to refund me the money back to my card . I gave them the proof of the discrepancy by uploading the screenshot. Im out of $53 and all they want to do is give me a cookie voucher for $25. Unacceptable and very unprofessional

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

      We received an email from the customer reporting that she noticed three charges from Tiffs Treats, despite only placing one order. In a follow-up message, she explained that she encountered difficulties while entering her payment information. It appears that multiple attempts were made to submit the order, each triggering a temporary authorization on her account.

      Upon reviewing our system, we confirmed that only one order was successfully placed. The additional charges were not processed as actual transactions and were instead temporary authorizations. We explained to the customer that these authorizations typically clear from the account within 35 business days, depending on the banks processing policies.

      To apologize for the confusion and inconvenience, we issued the customer a $25 voucher as a gesture of goodwill, which can be used on a future order.

      We value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience. We regret any frustration this may have caused and appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

      I made an order for cookies to be delivered on Feb 28 and the order was over 3 hours late I contacted TIffs and was told it is on its way and would be there in 20 min. Three hours later the order was still not there and I was told I would get a future reorder and get these cookies still. Still a few hours later the order was still not there and I was told they would get these cookies reordered, refund the original order, and they would give me an additional future order of cookies along with some gift cards. Only one of the orders arrived and i did not protest this because we did not need 2 dozen cookies. I went on to use one of the two future orders promised to me on march 4th with no hesitation. On 03/24/2023 I tried to use the second future order was was met with push back and refusal to complete the order. I was told both reorders was used when they were not because they only accomplished their obligation to complete the order on feb 28th and march 4th. I spent hours wasting time to correct tiffs mistakes on Feb 28th and then hours arguing with them without resolution on March 4th. ******* even gave me a call and told me two orders were delivered on the 28th and then realized her mistake and tried to back pedal. I was very disappoint that probably the largest cookie delivery company in the country refused to keep their word. I really just wanted a $20 dollar cookie order to be complete that was promised but since I have had to waste so much time and energy I believe the resolution should be a $200 giftcard.
