    I have never used a non "brick and mortar" bank for lending and I have a disposition of distrust to them. Five minutes into my first conversation with **** ******** I knew I'd be ok. He was clear, concise, professional, and patiently addressed every question and concern I had. Frankly it's been a long time since I had a borrowing experience go this smoothly. I will absolutely reach out to **** directly the next time I have a refinance or purchase need and I would refer him to my friends and family. Thank you for making this easy.
