              1.Tickets purchased 12-14-19 for ************************* Concert at the Frank Erwin Center (Pre-Covid)2.Tickets purchased on a debit card attached to an account that was closed on 4/27/2020 3.Concert postponed and eventually cancelled. Sept 2021 4.Texas Box office was notified on 9/14/21 the card I purchased tickets on is no longer active. 5.I was told on 10/29/2021 by Texas Box Office the refund was made to the card and accepted.6.Bank of America notified on 10/29/2021, they said its impossible for Texas Box office to refund an account that is inactive and they don't have any such refund.7. Texas Box office is refusing to provide me my money for a cancelled event. 8. This is tantamount to a theft of service and I'm considering filing a police report for such.
