Direct hire – when you hire an Evins candidate you have an on-the-job evaluation period to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new hire. If he or she is not the right person for the role, for any reason, we will provide a replacement candidate free of charge.
Temporary-to-hire – If you are not 100-percent satisfied with a temporary-to-hire placement, let us know by the end of the first week, and we will provide a replacement candidate promptly. You will not be billed for the first eight hours worked.
Temporary staffing – If you are not 100-percent satisfied with a temporary employee, just let us know by the end of the first day, and we will find you a new employee. You will not be billed for the original temporary employee.
