(Found out later this is not true, #4 crown only 10 years old, scare tactics for revenue generation) I am asked for and pay $5062.60 before work is done.Friday, July 22,2022#** temporary crown comes off, dental office is closed Replaced #4 crown hurts.Monday, July 25, 2022Dr. *********************** begrudgingly puts the temporary crown back on tooth #** and dismisses question if there could be something wrong with tooth/crown design. Tells me not to come back before permanent crown comes in if it falls off again. Monday, July 25, 2022#** temporary crown comes off again that evening before I have eaten anything and I have to spend 7 days with no tooth covering until permanent crown arrives Monday, August 1, 2022Dr. *********************** places permanent #** crown on tooth stub. Before eating anything #** permanent crown comes off in evening . Told to revisit office when return from scheduled vacation August 2- August 24No tooth covering during my vacation causing difficulty eating, anxiety. #4 crown hurts Thursday, August 25, 2022Dr. *********************** places #** permanent crown back on. Thursday, August 25, 2022#** permanent crown falls off in afternoon before eating anything. Office closed until Monday. I write *************************** a letter stating to keep doing same thing and expect a different outcome is insanity. I request they refund my $5062 and I go to another dentist who corrects the issue. #** crown is staying on well. Pay for rework at another dental office ( See 8/30 dental receipt.)I do not hear a response from my letter to *************************** sent on 8/29/2022
