            This dental practice waited more than a year to let us know that they were not being reimbursed by our insurance company for the full amount they were billing. This meant that we kept going for routine dental and paying our portion out of pocket and expecting that the rest was covered by insurance, but all the while they were racking up charges that they sent to us for payment more than a year later.

            I am the owner of Forest Family Dentistry, and I am sorry to hear about your insurance experience.  I would love the opporunity to investigate your account and see if there is something we can do to help and fix it.  I do not allow or encourage deception or bad faith insurance efforts.  That said, sometimes insurance takes months if not years to finish payment on certain procedures.  In many situations, they don't send us notification if a payment will not be made.  If we were charging you for late payment or fees, I could happily remove those if they were made in error.  I am a person that has dealt with the negative aspects of health insurance problems (4 kids, all had awful billing errors with childbirth).  I want to make it right.  I hope you reach out.  My email is ******************************************************
