      We initially noticed an unrecognized charge on our business account with **********************. Our business is Fresh Face Aesthetics PLLC, Acct #********* called the general customer service number of the bank to inquire about the charge. The customer service agent wouldnt provide any information regarding: the company who charged it. We decided to dispute the charge immediately, which prompted an investigation into it by them. We received a letter in mail saying they investigated the disputed charge and found nothing fraudulent. Despite the letter saying we have right to all the info they found, when we asked for it from another representative, they wouldnt provide any info for the company, or phone number. We asked for this so we could inquire, investigate further, and try to resolve this ourselves, given the above. This representative told us he was advised not to give us this company's phone number, and still refused to give us any info re: their investigation.We then asked *******. to speak to his supervisor who was advising him on the processes for how to handle this issue w/ our business account. We then explained the above situation to her, and she said she would get back to us w/ her findings. She got back to us and told us that the charge was legitimate and that it was from a "mortgage company." We still were not able to access any info regarding re; this charge or look into it ourselves. She told us that despite us not knowing the charge, the business, or them to find anything fraudulent, nor provide us any useful info to do our own investigation, that all they could do now was put a stop payment on any potential future charges, but they were refusing to credit us back the incorrect/fraudulent charge in question. Now the supervisor wont return our calls, to further discuss options, and we still have no clue who this company is.This is the 2nd time this scenario took place w/ A+ FCU. Charge was deducted on February15.

      I would give A+ zero stars if that was possible. I am a teacher and A+ was recommended to me. That was the biggest regret and mistake I could've made. I opened up 3 accounts. 1 checking account, and 2 certificate accounts. A+ attempted to mail me a debit card that is connected to my checking account. I was never notified that this was in transit to me or was getting mailed and with all of the fraudulent activity that has been occurring, you would think that a bank would be responsible enough to notify you of it being mailed out. While in transit, the debit card was stolen and someone used my card to parttake in fraudulent activity on my account. They took out money and left my checking account in the negatives. When I filed a dispute, it was declined. I informed them that I was out of the state when this happend and even provided flight details to show I was not in ***** when this occurred. I told them I would not be paying the balance because I did not make these transactions and they said "You can do what you want, but it will negatively affect you in the future." That's how they provide customer service? I have filed a police report, called countless times and this still isn't solved. A+ has provided ZERO help to me. I have never been more regretful than I am now having gone into business with A+. I was seeking them out to help allieve financial stress, and instead, it has caused me more stress than I could've imagined.
