    I discontinued service with Titanium Payments in August of 2022 when I sold my business. The new owner opened an account with Titanium and continues to use them currently. I contacted the business in June informing them of the impending sale. I filled out the paperwork to have both of my accounts terminated effective on the date that the new owner's accounts became active. I paid my fees via automatic draft from my business account. I was charged monthly fees, despite numerous requests to stop, until I closed the checking account in December. I have made numerous calls to my representative and left many messages, the last stating that this was my next step to obtain reimbursement.

    Poor customer service. Bad business practices and a morally corrupt company. They provide you with an application to offer their service to your customers, but do not verbally disclose that a credit check is attached to the application. I called and spoke to the sales rep that ran the credit check and he admitted that he should have told us that a credit check was involved. He also told me originally that that it was a soft credit pull, but it showed up on my report as a hard credit pull. I requested closure of my account with ********************** and a refund for the equipment and service charges. I was emailed a closure form that was prefilled out including the provided area to leave a review. I contacted titanium payments directly and requested closure of my account and explained how their representative had not verbally disclosed a credit check was attached to their application. I also explained that the rep had prefilled in the area designated for me to review their company. The person I initially spoke with said that they would request the credit pull be removed from the credit agencies and that they would contact the original salesman for a refund. I waited a couple weeks and heard nothing. they did not follow through with any of their tasks. I called back and spoke with a Manager (****). He explained that it was not necessary for them to verbally explain that there was a credit check attached to their application and that it was unfortunate that I was being confrontational with him. It seems to me that this company feels like a complaint about how they do business is confrontational. I was never belligerent, rude, or loud with any of their staff. I just shared my experience and thoughts about my experience with them. I guess he took that as a personal attack and hung up on me. I still have not received a refund and any offer to rectify the situation.
