    We contracted with ****** to get new granite countertops ****** Paired us with stone systems. We were able to go and pick out our slab and we were very excited.On the day of installation the team came out and during one of their brakes I went out to look at the seam right away, I could tell the seam was too dark. I reached out immediately via email and via phone and told them I do not like the seam. The person on the phone was like well your agent is at lunch and could call us back. We asked should we stop the installation but they were basically already finished. Someone came out and looked at the seam and said that there isn't much they could do on matching the granite better because the type of granite we got but that he agreed the seam was done wrong and could be done cleaner and lighter. Also the top bar was cut too wide. Our faucet is backwards because if we installed it correctly it could not be turned on correctly with no hot water. We also cannot use our cup rinse correctly as the bar is so close that the cups don't fit in the upright position. Also, after the fact we decided to put everything back under the counters to get it out of the way until we could get a date for stone systems to come back out and we realized that their workers busted out the back of our cabinet and didn't even tell us or give us the option to fix it before laying the granite. So now the back corner of my cabinet is busted and the shelf no longer fits. There's no way to get under there to fix it without going through drywall and even then the granite has been siliconed to the broken cabinet.For the last month they have not returned phone calls from IME. They have not been willing to come back out. Today we get an email from ****** stating that stone system is denying the claim and are not willing to help, another claim cannot be processed.I want my bar to be fixed and my seam to be redone or My money back because I'll have to get someone else out

    Stone Systems of Central Texas is horrible. This company is a vendor for Lennar. They installs the countertops and our cracked within the warranty period, and they refused to replace when they knew that the installation was bad and they quality of their products was faulty. No business ethics whatsoever. Rude to customers. Given them 1 start is even too much. If you care about your business and your customers, don't use them.
