  Bait and switches asking for in depth software reviews for products that often take 45 mins or longer to write, but then doesn't follow through on rewards. Still used the review though!

  I spent a lot of time writing reviews for them and one day my gift card didn't come in. I tried to contact them multiple times and they finally sent me a gift card for half of what they offered. Further attempts to contact them have gone nowhere. Will never use them again.

  I am unsure what you are referencing. We haven't had any interaction with you since Fri, 4 Mar 2022 at 7:32 AM, almost 18 months ago, and you never mentioned an issue with the incentive amount give. 
  
  We let you know that "If you are invited to "Start/Write a Review" of a product you have already reviewed, this is in error. However, because we appreciate your time and effort, I am authorizing a gift card as a thank you for your updated review.
  
  Our product team is working on a solution for this issue, but I did want to make you aware for the future that while TrustRadius does occasionally reach out to request a refresh of an existing published review, those emails acknowledge the already published review, and indicate a specific additional section of that review we would like completed. For example, we might ask that you answer 5 additional questions about Usability, Implementation, or Support, beyond the Overall Satisfaction topics.

  I was finally partially compensated for my review but it took weeks of hounding you to respond to me using different methods, including this BBB review. Very unprofessional and at the very least, was a failure on your side of keeping track of who is reviewing what, are they being compensated for their time, and what communication is being sent and received by your reviewers.

  TrustRadius is a *************** That is not a joke. Read below.Here is the context. We have a TrustRadius profile and customers have posted reviews. Then one day a customer left a terrible review of the product we have developed. The review had nothing with the product itself. The review was related to a consulting engagement where the customer refused to follow our instructions. We have decided to is*** a full refund and stop providing services. However, the customer was not satisfied and decided to start throwing mud everywhere on the review sites.Now here comes the role TrustRadius has played and why we had no choice but post this review.1. We have approached TrustRadius and explained the situation. We have asked TrustRadius to remove the incorrect review, but TrustRadius refused.2. We have decided to post a response to the customer review and ********************** deleted our response.3. We had no other choice but to ask TrustRadius to take down our company profile. TrustRadius refused.4. We decided to start removing information from our profile, but TrustRadius did bring back the information. It became apparent our profile is hijacked and we are no longer in control of our own profile.5. As a result of our attempts to modify our profile, TrustRadius has blocked our TrustRadius user account. The hijacking of our own company profile is now complete.TrustRadius is not a trustworthy organization. In fact, their behavior is more appropriate to tugs, involved in a criminal enterprise. I urge anyone who thinks of posting a TrustRadius profile to think twice or more. Your own profile can be hijacked at any time for any reason and you will have no other recourse but to *** them.

  First, we have no record of prior communication from the email address associated with this complaint. Additionally, there have been multiple conflicting identities associated with your account, which raised questions about the authenticity of the complaint itself. 
  
  Regarding the review in question:
  When a vendor disputes a review, our policy is to investigate thoroughly. In this case, the reviewer provided documentation verifying their business relationship with your company. Based on that, the review met our content guidelines and was not removed.
  
  Your response to the reviewer was removed because it violated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It included personal attacks and identified the anonymous reviewer by name, which is not permitted.
  
  We do not remove product listings upon request unless the product never existed. This policy is consistent with other review platforms and is designed to ensure transparency and preserve the integrity of buyer feedback.
  
  Attempts to alter your profile included inaccurate and inappropriate content, including statements that did not describe your product. These updates were rejected as part of our standard moderation process.
  
  Finally, your account was temporarily restricted due to repeated violations of our policies, including the spamming of libelous statements and identifying anonymous users. This restriction was lifted, and records show youve accessed your account multiple times since.
  
  We remain committed to fair and transparent review practices for both vendors and buyers. If youd like to continue the dialogue constructively, were happy to engage.

  Ok, so I called them out on lying about me copying from other sources. Then all-of-a-sudden it was a mistake, but youre not including my review because it wasnt thorough enough? Because I warned potential clients of Accurate Backgrounds attention to detail in all the wrong places? Because the review was negative? You did not vet me out because of accuracy or opinios? Surely, TrustRadius would value a head-turning review that brings value to their name! I could understand if I left out certain portions which left the review as incomplete I didnt use vulgar language your AI kept saying that my contribution was valuable in the amount of words that I put in my response was really good to use. I can understand if that if the glitch happened it was on YOUR platform. However, the glitch went unnoticed until I asked for evidence of the report to be provided. Its OBVIOUS that youre fixing the system to fit your needs WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT YOURE TRYING TO PREVENT!! You want to keep the public ignorant of YOUR shortcomings while you fix the system and censor REAL reviews by honest individuals who are altruistically giving their opinions and taking the time to shine a light for others to see truly. TrustRadius is a crooked software company that needs to be shut down!

  At TrustRadius, we are deeply committed to maintaining a fair and transparent platform that helps buyers make informed decisions based on authentic, verified user feedback.
  
  This user submitted two reviews on our platform:
  
  The first review, for Accurate Background, was initially flagged by our plagiarism detection system because it included direct quotes from the vendors website. According to our Terms of Use, copying content from external sources, even if cited, can trigger moderation flags. However, after the user reached out, we re-reviewed the content and determined that the quoted material was used in a relevant, contextual way to support their opinion. As a result, we approved and published the review. We acknowledge that the initial rejection may have caused frustration, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion it caused.

  
  The second review, however, raised more serious concerns. It was submitted for a product the reviewer had not used. The vendor provided us with *************************** confirming that the reviewers name, email address, and associated company were not among their users. TrustRadius requires that all reviews come from verified users with direct experience using the product. Submitting a review without actual usage violates our terms and compromises the credibility of our platform.
  
  In addition to these issues, the reviewer sent multiple inappropriate and accusatory messages to our support team, which is also a breach of our user guidelines.
  
  Because of these combined factorssubmitting unverified content and repeated violations of our policieswe have removed all previously submitted content and suspended the users account. This action was taken solely to protect the integrity of our site and to ensure that buyers continue to have access to real, trustworthy information.
  
  We welcome all honest feedback, whether positive or negative, but we also have a responsibility to ensure that reviews meet our standards of authenticity, accuracy, and professionalism.
