      I have requested an accounting of disclosures of my PHI as well as an opt out form to opt out of the sharing of my PHI by Oracle, which I am permitted by law. I have not received a response from Oracle nor have I received a response to my request for an opt out form. My medical provider has not heard back from Oracle on the accounting of disclosures on their end, which I am permitted by law, as Oracle is considered a "Business Associate" of my medical provider. Please put me in contact with the person who can handle my request for an accounting of disclosures and the opt out form.

      I am a retailername of the business is *********. I have used Netsuite services for my POS and we have had a contract for several years up until September 2023. Now, I have an IRS audit and need to obtain my data from 2021 that is in the Netsuite system. I have tried for months to get an individual on the phone and will even pay for a work order to be open so that could obtain this information for 2021. I have called numerous times, written to the CEO, went through the sales and customer service channel to no avail. Not obtaining this information could cause me severe financial distress and I cant get anyone to respond to this issue.

      12/9/24 $6,044,45 We were told that Netsuite would have us up and running by December 19th, 2024. The product was not available to us until after January 2025 Due to this delay had to continue to pay our current Accounting suite as well as make the Payment to Netsuite. There were slow to respond It was also not disclosed that we would have to pay for a separate *************************** We have never been able to use their software for what we were told we could use it for. We need a refund for product and services not delivered.

      My Oracle Cloud account and virtual machine were terminated without any notice, explanation, or opportunity to recover my data.I was using Oracles Pay-As-You-Go cloud service to run a virtual machine that contained important project files. My team and I invested over 200 hours into this work. One day, without warning or any communication, my entire Oracle account was deleted including the virtual machine. I was given no explanation, no warning, and no opportunity to retrieve my data.I contacted Oracle Support, but they refused to provide a reason for the termination and were dismissive and unhelpful. When I asked to escalate the issue, my support chat was closed multiple times without resolution.I am requesting one of the following:Temporary or permanent reactivation of my account so I can retrieve my files from the virtual machine.A copy of the files from the virtual machine sent to me.This was a paid account and I believe I am entitled to access the data I created. I simply want my files back nothing more.

      I renewed a license on Crystal ***** Then within a few weeks had excel told me the license had expired. I've paid ********************** about $1500 for 3 years of old support and for a new license. Yet getting anyone on the phone to give me a new license key is like finding a needle in the haystack. THEY SHOULD NOT BE SELLING these products to small customers like me . They are just not set up to service us appropriately. The ecosystem is incredibly confusing and impossible to navigate.

      We had an Oracle Cloud trial that converted to a subscription. Oracle for no reason, decided to terminate the entire instance and gave no explanation as to why. I'm not seeking monetary recovery, I want to know why they are doing unethical business practice of terminating customer's environments without warning. A call into support and sales gave no reason or explanation why. I'm filing a complaint against this business for wrongfully terminating our instance and others have had the same problem. Service Request # 3-37482072761 was opened on 7.25.24 but no resolution was given.

      Dear Sirs,I am continuously receiving marketing emails from Oracle and would I like them to stop.I emailed them multiple times and used the unsubscribe button on their website. However, I am still constantly receiving emails from them. The last two emails were sent on October 15 2024. I would appreciate your help with this matter

      I have been trying to sign up for the Oracle ************* for three days now from 08/27/2024 - 08/29/2024. I am trying to pay for a service and Oracle customer service has been completely unhelpful. I have "live" chatted with three "people" and they have all been unhelpful. I submitted a ticket and received the following response, "Unfortunately, we are unable to resolve this or process the transaction. This is all the information we can provide." This is completely unacceptable to a company to function and treat customers like this. They have offered no help, no solution, no way forward.

      I am rejecting this response because: I called the number provided and was transferred to support. The support people said they couldn't help me unless I was already a customer and said I needed to use the chat. I explained that I had used the chat three times and they were unhelpful, and also submitted a ticket and they were also unhelpful. They gave me another number to called ************ but this number hung up on me once and then when I tried calling back several times I could not get through. I just want to create an account. Why is this a seemingly impossible thing to do?

When I go to click start trial after putting in my credit card information, it says there is an error. If I try to do it again I get a forbidden message and I can't fill out anything. I have tried what chat suggested and cleared my cache and waited 30 minutes before trying again. I am also certain that my credit information and billing address is correct.

      My company ****************** dba AOC Selections) has been a NetSuite customer since late 2020. *********************** is owned by Oracle.) In November 2023, we reached out to our NetSuite account manager about an add-on service (FarApp) that would integrate our NetSuite account with our Shopify account. We had many conversations about how the system would work, and about our required timing (needing a solution in place by Jan 1 2024). We signed the agreement and agreed to pay the license fee and a setup fee. We were then repeatedly told that no one was available to do the work. In mid January, the work had still not been completed, so we reached out to cancel, indicating that NetSuite was in breach of contract. We were losing business every day. NetSuite has not refunded the money we paid to set up the connector, and are still attempting to collect on the license, threatening to turn off (some portion of) our account. I have reached out to my account manager several times in order to resolve this issue -- we simply want to get refunded what we paid for a service we never received, and we want the threatening letters to cease. We still very much rely on NetSuite for day-to-day activities and will be seriously harmed if they turn off our entire account. (Whether they would do this is not particularly clear from the wording of their threat.) I would love to resolve this before that becomes an issue, and my attempts to resolve this to date have been entirely unsuccessful. (Separately but related, we are extremely unhappy with NetSuite in general. They are NOT a solution for small business and do not have a customer service mindset.)

      I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against NetSuite regarding unethical business practices that have significantly impacted our operations and financial expenditure. Our company , Bull Outdoor Products, went live last year and our spent nearing half a million dollars each year.Since the initial implementation phase, we have encountered numerous challenges. However, a particularly egregious issue has recently arisen concerning the initial customization performed by the NetSuite implementation team. This customization, integral to our business operations, has been found to have significant deficiencies that compromise our workflow and operational efficiency.Despite the customization being carried out by their official implementation team, NetSuite has now advised us that any rectifications required will incur additional charges, for which they have recommended hiring their Advanced Customer Support (ACS) team. This expectation to pay extra to correct a service that was not fit for purpose from the outset is not only unreasonable but reflects poor business ethics and lack of accountability.Given the substantial investment we have already made and continue to make in their software, it is both unreasonable and unethical to expect additional payments for fixing issues that should have been addressed during the initial service delivery. This situation has put an undue strain on our resources and has diverted our focus from business-critical operations.We hope to find a resolution that does not involve further financial burden on our company, ensuring that NetSuite upholds a standard of service that matches their financial demands and maintains fairness in their customer engagements.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I am hopeful for a swift response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue.
