      Total scam i have paid for this for a couple months now and don't remember ever signing up for it to be honest. But no way to cancel

      This appears to be a scam. My sister (who is somewhat cognitively impaired ) some how signed up for this and has been paying for this for months. When i (P of A) realized this I went on line and filed a cancellation letter on 7/29/24, which was the only method available. Ive since tried the phone number, using chat but have never had any success, Today Chat instructed me that I had to join JUSTANSWER to have someone call me about this. Being totally frustrated, I tried to join but, thank goodness, the credit card refused payment and referred me to the *********** who in turn put a dispute on the charges since the 7/29/24 cancellation letter. I feel this company has made it impossible to cancel and must e a scam. the credit card company was a life saver, which iisn't their job.

      This is a total scam, there is no way to contact them, it is a robotic circle that continues to bill you.

      Driver Support charged me twice but They never fix my problem . You never get in contact with a team member only bots. Those bots copy paste from different pages. I try to contact then and never respond . ????

      This company has been billing my mother for years, she isn't as sharp as she once was and somehow it slipped through. Whatever laptop she supposedly had this SW on has not been in use for years yet they kept on taking the automatic payments of 9.99 every month.Like everyone else says it is impossible to cancel your account, you can't call anyone and when I enter her email, the only email she has ever had, they say it can't be located. I had to cancel the automatic withdrawal at her bank. They are going to research it but I don't have high hopes of ever seeing any of the stolen money returned. Stay as far away as possible, the service they claim to offer is something that is free to anyone.

      I did not sign up for driver support and I do not want it yet they are charging my account 9.99. I tried to find the app on my computer and could not find it. I tried calling their number and it said you have to go to their website to cancel. I went to the website and tried to sign in but they were to send me the password. They did not send any email where I could change the password. How do I get my money back?

      This Driver Support is a scam. I thought it was part of my ********* package but found out all my drivers are free. I can't get in touch with them now and their customer service said my email is not registered but they are charging my credit card every month. Don't do it. It is a scam.

      ************ On 9/7/2020 was when I ordered ***** CHIPSET DEVICE SOFTWARE at 9.99/a month. As of today I tried to cancel but cannot get in, so I emailed them to cancel. Please advise.

      I followed their instructions to cancel my subscription. I was directed to login but couldn't because Driver Support has canceled my login. So, I pressed "forgot password" and was notified that a code was sent to my E-mail address. I waited for 10 to 15 minutes, and no code was sent. I have used two phone numbers to try to contact Driver Support only to be told that those numbers are no longer useable. I requested for them to cancel my subscription and stop the autopay on my credit card... I only do business with companies that I can contact. I copied this email for proof that I did write Driver Support and request a cancellation of my subscription and to cancel my autopay on my credit card. Today, December 15, 2023, they have pulled another payment on my auto-pay and I've heard nothing from them. I repeated the above, again, and still have heard nothing. Please help!!!!Sincerely,**************************** 1st email request to cancel subscription-December2, 2023 @ 6:34 p.m. (C.S.T.)2nd email request to cancel my subscription-December 15, 2023 @ 3:35 p.m. (C.S.T.)

      Only intended a ONE time service. They are now billing me as a recurring payment. There is no way to talk to a live person. The instructions to cancel on line is non existent. I have been trying to cancel for the last 5 days
