CCG Capital is a real estate investment company here in ******* I have been an investor for over a decade and until recently have had only minor problems. I had requested to terminate my investment in September of 2023 and asked how to proceed with that. After no response, I sent a certified letter asking the same thing ( OCTOBER 3, 2023). Phone calls followed along with visits to the office at **** North Capital of ***** ********************, where I left more copies of my original communication. No response to any of these attempts. To my amazement I receive a email from CCG saying they are responding to communications from investors about information they are wanting. Somehow I have got singled out for a non response ! I Sent a email on December 13th to ***************************** CEO, ******************************* Associate, and *************************** Director of Operations stating the events listed above and requested an answer to my question of 2 and a half months ago. ******************** responded that he will answer me by Friday December 15,2023. No response has been received to date and i'm saddened that such a simple direct question can't or won't be answered in over 2 months and I have to involve others to resolve this simple request.
