  This is the third time that I have been severely disappointed. First issue was a while back with overcharging on a pre-order product. The recent issues involve charging tax on a tax-exempt item. These last two attempts to purchase something without being improperly charged tax have resulted in me not being able to obtain the product, as it is out of stock without ever being restocked again. They are the only online dealer which has asked me to fill out a form, which is not even applicable. I also get the impression that they outsource service to *****. Even calling has not resulted in a satisfactory resolution. They used to be a better dealer, but that was years ago. Today, I cannot recommend due to the process mentioned above and the increasingly poor service.

  Thank you for reaching out, and were sorry for the frustration. ********* requires customers to submit a sales tax exemption form (Form S-211 or S-211E) in order for us to remove sales tax on qualifying bullion items. This is a state requirement, not something we can waive, and it must be completed before checkout.
  
  
  The good news is that its typically a one-time step once we have your exemption form on file, future qualifying orders can be processed without sales tax.
  
  
  We understand its an extra hassle, but were doing our best to follow the law as written. Please let us know if you need help completing the form.

  Purchased twenty items, labeled in the description "item is for $1 face value 90% 1964 ******* half dollars, avg circulation". They sent me twenty half dollars. Not the $1 face value like the product description indicates. I have sent screen shots of their webpage indicating the "$1 face value" in the item description. I have also confronted them about this and they insist the item is for one ******* half dollar. Go to their website, type in 90%, and then click on the **** then click on description. ******* Half Dollar 90% Silver Circulated "This item is for $1 dollar face value 1964 ******* half dollars in circulated condition.". I did not receive my $1 face value as indicated by the price in the description. I received half. One item equals one dollar face value which equals two half dollars. I have reported this company to the state of ******** for false advertisement, and am in the process of submitting screen shots and emails. It seems like they've made a mistake and are not honoring their end of the sale. I want the other half of my order. Now.

While we recognize that a line in the extended description referenced "$1 face value," this was a mistake in wording that has since been corrected. The product was priced and sold per individual coin, and this has been consistent across all customer purchases.

  I once forgot to sign my check for my requested items, and they were kind enough to hold my price as I expedited a new check to them. I have done business with Bold Precious Metals for years and I continue to take advantage of the fair prices and great customer service.

  The bars arrived with unbroken seals, zero dents, at a very good price. I cannot recommend any other competitor because this is the first one that does not cut or puncture the seal, and furthermore they have the best prices on the market. If this level of quality remains then I will be a Bold customer for life, and I will recommend it to any of my friends who are looking to buy precious metals. The sole issue with the delivery process is that the order shipped out slightly later than the specified period of time listed on the order, but given that the inauguration occurred between that period, it is understandable, and once the order did ship, it arrived within two days. Overall, excellent service, I will be buying more from them in the future.

  Great looking coin - just as shown on site. One major downside is not because of them, but the ***** It was sent requiring a signature. Also tracking gave a 4 hour window in the middle of the day. Stayed all day waiting for the doorbell but it didnt happen. At 6:30, on a hunch. I checked the mailbox and there it was! Again - no fault goes to BOLD. Everything turned out great!
