    It was 2019. I had been in business for a year and felt like I was financially sound. I paid all my bills on time and had a solid income. However, every time I applied for business lines of credit or attempted to access capital for the company, I was denied. I was frustrated and couldn't figure it out. I started researching! I am pretty credit saavy (personal credit) and refused to get manipulated by one of those quick-fix online credit repair companies. In my research, I came across Starpoint Credit Solutions. Immediately, I noticed that the website was full of valuable information and resources accessible to the public at no cost. I went further and reached out through the chat icon at the bottom of the website. I was connected to a real person who changed my understanding of business credit. From there, she took the time to talk to me on the phone. She learned about me and my business. She setup a plan and helped me choose a package that fit my company's needs. She didn't sell me her most expensive services because she said I didn't need them based on where I was at in my credit journey. Working with her changed my business credit status literally within the week of us working together. My initial contact was 8/29/19. My first D&B update from her work was on 9/04/19. I applied for a business credit card the same day and received my first approval. I have continued to work with Starpoint ever since. In 2022, I reached $1M in sales. I've been able to grow my operations and take larger jobs based on the capital I now have access to due to my credit worthiness and due to the strength of my D&B profile. The *** in using Starpoint has been out-of-this-world. My services with Starpoint are an essential part of my business. As long as I am in business, I will continue to utilize Starpoint to monitor, update, and advocate for my business' credit health. It's one of the best decisions I have made as a business owner.
