This place is a joke. I've had my car for barely 5 months, and I've had problems since I first left the dealership with the vehicle. I've taken the car back to them for help fixing it and they overcharge just for diagnostics on problems they caused. I had battery and other issues upon the first week of having it, so I took it back to them. They kept the car for 2 weeks and returned it to me with even more problems than I sent it in with. After I got it back my car started making weird noises and my radio shorted out, so they told me basically it's a personal problem and I'll have to take it to the radio shop even though I never previously had problems with this until they "fixed" it. So that's more money out of my pocket even though they are already over charging me for a car that has a way lesser true value. Now my car is having what seems to be transmission issues. Jerking and pulling a lot, acceleration decreasing, reversing while I'm in drive, and going idle in the middle of the road. I had my car towed to their place and they've had my car for a week and are trying to charge me $133 just for looking at it. Are you kidding me? They sold me a car with transmission issues and all these other problems, and they have the nerve to charge me to find out their problem when I already told them what's wrong. They couldn't even give me a quote or tell me there would be a diagnostic charge beforehand. I'm done with this place, and NO ONE should ever buy a car from there. They are an auto mechanic shop and have no idea what they are doing except on how to waste peoples time so keep this in mind if you're looking for a cheap used vehicle because there's will just bring you hassle and money problems. I'm looking into a lawsuit now because it should be illegal for them to sell lemons and take advantage of people like this and get away with it.
