    I loved this company for saving me money but since they've terminated there whole customer service team it is impossible to contact them. Cheap insurance for minimum liability if you're in a bind but now I am trying to purchase a new car and I can't get in contact with them to update my policy. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

    Loop insurance needs to be investigated!! There is no way to get ahold of anyone who works there. I logged into the app to make a payment to discover my policy had lapsed. I want to make a payment to get reinstated and when I log in I'm unable to do anything and it tells me to call in to get my policy started back. When I call in the number is ONLY AUTOMATED and tells me to send an email and I'll hear back in up to 3 business days. It is bad business practice to not have a way to help themselves and also having to wait so long for someone to help. I have no way to get insurance coverage back on my vehicles until i hear back from the company. I am planning to switch providers. I'm not sure this company is actually providing coverage or services to anyone, seems like they are just stealing monthly payments.

    I spent 400 and something dollars for a policy 2 days later I hit a dog, which messed up my front end and windshield, and so I filed a claim, have yet to hear from anyone been 3 days, I put in a request for someone to contact me with updates, and I get nothing. An automated email that says I'll head back in 1 business day and haven't heard nothing back, they don't have a number to speak with anyone, says everything is online, but NO ONE IS CALLING OR EMAILING OR ANYTHING, if I don't get help from and insurance agency that we are required to have them Ima have to take it to court, cause now I'm out 400 and something dollars and I'ma have to end up fixing my own car. This is ridiculous, I have never had trouble with an insurance agency before

    This claim was closed and paid within 6 days from the time it was opened.

    For reference, here is the expectations we set with members about the timelines for processing a claim:

    "As a reminder, please note that it can take a few business days for your claim to be received and assigned to an adjuster, at which time they should be reaching out to you by phone, email, or text. Your adjuster will be your primary contact for any questions or information regarding your claim. Please also be aware that every claim is different and the time it takes to fully investigate the claim will vary on a case by case basis."

    If you are still experiencing issues with your claim or you need to contact your adjuster, you may email ********************* to receive additional support.

    I have emailed plenty of times and nobody returns my email to file a claim and I also tried calling but you are not able to speak to a live agent. This is not a business I would ever want rid do business with again.

    LOOP insurance is an outright and total scam based on my experience. Look at the many reviews I had the same unfortunate experience. Came time for a claim, it was approved, and then adjuster and entire company went silent going on 10 weeks now. This company should be investigated and shut down.

    We had to file a claim with this company due to a guy running a stop sign . You can't ever reach anyone. all of their numbers are the same type voicemail. You can't reach humans ! They took our car and still no payment ! We fedexed everything they asked for and still no payment. They basically stole it at this point ! Don't do business with this company

    Truly horrible company! When I first signed up for Loop Insurance, I had no issues, but then when I went to "renew" my policy I now apparently have 2 policies with the company. The original policy and the renewed policy. Not only that, for the original policy (which I no longer had access to view) nearly doubled in cost. And since I was no longer able to access any information for the original policy because I assumed when I renewed everything would be based off of that agreement because that's what I signed and agreed to. A roughly week after making the down payment (first payment) for the renew, I was charged for the original policy (which again had magically doubled in cost) because Loop Insurance without my authorization saved my card information and set me up for autopay. How thoughtful, right? It was so nice of this company to leave me with absolutely no money (they caused my account to become overdrawn), and after finally getting a hold of a live rep. I was told that I was need to wait 3-5 days after the process my request for the money to be put back into my account. Loop ********************** is a scam of a company stealing their customers money!

    So far, Loop has been the WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I have dealt with and I have dealt with several different insurance companies in my career.Yes, they may save you money on your premiums.However, the old adage "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" is definitely true when it comes to Loop Insurance. Their mobile application is one of the worst I have seen. There are so many glitches, errors and issues it makes it near impossible to use.But by far, they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have yet to speak to an actual person when calling the two numbers they have provided, calling them multiple times throughout the day and leaving multiple voice messages over the past 10 days. In addition, I have yet to receive a response to my multiple emails. If you have to file a claim with them, expect a CLEAR LACK OF COMMUNICATION.I have recently read other reviews where they have clearly EXHIBITED UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES which leads me to question their ability to process my vehicle claim in a professional and timely manner. And clearly, they are not off to a good start. The adjusters at even an average insurance company will at the very least communicate with you, answer your questions and give you confidence they are working diligently to process your claim. But 10 days without being able to speak to anyone, is a MAJOR RED FLAG. If you do have Loop and have filed a claim, or ever need to file a claim, CONTACT AN ATTORNEY first and foremost. If they can help you in your situation, let them.
