During our residency between 2019 and 2024 Bridge at southpark meadows failed to uphold their end of our lease agreement by failing to maintain a safe and livable apartment. Numerous work orders, almost monthly, were made over the heating and air conditioning not working, many of which were ignored and marked as completed. If they were to perform the work it was done at a sub par level and would need multiple visits to temporarily rectify the problem. Bridge failed to maintain a complex that was free from theft vandalism and vagrancy, bridge refused to address ongoing issues with disruptive loud neighbors denying us our right of peaceful enjoyment. Our roof starting leaking water into our apartment and we reported this to bridge, who did come out and gouged a hole in our ceiling with a screwdriver, stated due to the holiday it would not be able to be repaired and left a bucket to catch any flooding water. Afterwards bridge failed to follow up, so we took it upon ourselves to make contact again to attempt to resolve our leaking and now damaged ceiling. The shingles were replaced, the replacements blew away however. At this point we were no longer able to reside in the apartment due to health concerns with potential mold. When we asked bridge to provide our rental history while we searched for other potential options they refused to provide it without us breaking our lease. We our requesting our lease break fees be waived due to the negligence of the complex as well as partial moving costs.
