              I had a deeply disappointing experience with House of Torment. Despite purchasing presale tickets I was unable to successfully redeem them. When I reached out to support, I was given troubleshooting responses and the told support would redeem the voucher codes for me. I never received confirmation, when I emailed to follow up, after receiving initial responses prior , communication abruptly ceased. I then emailed from another personal email of mine and was informed that the presale voucher codes supposedly had a cutoff date of November 4th, but this was not communicated during completion of purchase, resulting in false advertisement. This left me without the necessary information to redeem my vouchers, causing emotional distress and ruining my family's plans.I am now seeking reimbursement for both presale and newly purchased tickets ($49.97 and $74.97, respectively). A fair resolution, considering the distress and inconvenience caused.
