    Alen promised that the shipping wouldnt be more than $20 or $30 dollars in the event that I returned it and I had to pay shipping costs.Alen kept $93 for what they said would be $20-$30 Be careful these solicitors are liars.They also say if you order their air filters every 6-9 or 12 months that you will get a discount But when you try and online there is no possibility to set up a schedule to get the filters.Very overpriced Bad product, bad ethics, bad customer service.

    I had bought a Breathsmart 75i from this company back in April 5 2021. I thought this company would be more true about there subscription warranty. I had recently purchased a new filter for this machine and it didn't show that it was 100 % clean. I called the company and they refused to replace the filter. the app shows the filter when i installed it to be at 91 % and now a few weeks later it shows 89% clean. I spent $134 for this filter that is suppose to last at least 12 -15 months. I would not reccomend this company in the future.
