    Adonis has reported to the credit bureau that I'm 30+ day late on a payment which dropped my credit score 119 points. I have never been late on a payment. As of May 2024 we pay a 3rd party our payment, (Apoyo)Adonis is just the leanholder. I call Adonis and speak with someone in payments, he tells me I'm over 1,000$ behind and more than 30+ late. Then I tell him that I make my payments to apoyo every 2 weeks. Ok ma'am you need to contact apoyo. I had called apoyo before I call Adonis. So then I proceed to tell him that apoyo records indicate that I'm up to date on all payments and you have a payment due tomorrow. Long story short Adonis is blaming apoyo and apoyo is blaming Adonis. After going back and forth for 2 hours still nothing has been resolved. I have filled a dispute with the credit bureau. Buyer be aware!

    They have over priced cars, with a lot of repairs that need to be done & they still expect you to pay your note, I had an issue where I was a little bit behind, they came a repod my vehicle, I recently got my vehicle back they switched the key to a off brand key which makes my car not wanna start sometimes??????? I call the repair center the lady says she would talk with her ************* would get in touch with me, but I never received a call, This company is trash , I have a 2012 ****** Sentra paying 20k ??????? This is insane! Then they have a kill switch on your car to make your car not start which should be illegal.

    They have had my vehicle in the repair shop for months. Do not answer calls though I wait 2 hours everyday. It automatically rolls to vm at 2 hours and the manager ********************* not call back. I have sent emails as well. Meanwhile there is a car loan racking up fees and I'm in a rental.

    I recently purchased a 2014 jeep cherokee from Adonis auto February the first two weeks into having the vehicle the transmission and engine light emerged and the speedometer froze at 60 mph. Here we are two months later and and tone of phone calls and falls allegations of or vehicle being repaired we tried to bright the car home and the engine light and transmission light returned. Now im interested in a trade and I was told that it ok (email to verify with time,name, and date) April ******* we head for our 9am appointment. Me and my wife are informed that the money I spent was credited to a broke vehicle and listed and paid off and that we need to come up with an additional $1000 down payment and ran our credit without our permission nor knowledge until after they ran it. So now Im paying $650 a month for a 2011 *** base Kia **** with Adonis written all over and there is nothing I can do.

    My car was supposed to been tuned up I am still paying for service fees now engine stopped. Since the ******* location is permanently closed theres no one to speak to face to face. The person working on my car stated that everything in the engine is broken how is that possible when the car just got a tune up by Adonis and I am paying for it. Now they want me to pay my car note which I will not have the whole thing because I lost my second job due to the car being in the shop. I have documentation that Im paying for the service on the car. They are telling me its on service but when I call I just get a voicemail. I need my car this is my first car on my own and now I feel like a sucker who got played still paying my car note just paid it without my car. I need answers and no one will give them to me. All they want is more money for a mistake they made by not fixing my car in the first place Adonis ***** learned my *******

    I financed a 2012 ****** Camry with Adonis Auto. I tried calling them several times over the last couple of weeks to make a payment but couldnt get them to answer. The call would just hang up. Today 10/22/2023 I wake up and my car has been repoed. Now I can get through to their customer service. They give me a second number and tell me that they notified me by email that my account was transferred for better customer service. Lies. Theyve sold my account to TriColor auto. TriColor has repoed my car. Ive never been notified and now my ******* last monies owed are going to cost more with missed work

    June 22, 2023 i purchased the vehicle from Adonis with a warranty. Here it is 10/11/2023 and i don't have the unit in my possession. First thing my brake hose had a recall on it and Adonis never informed me of this issue. I almost lost my life while driving because i couldn't stop at all. All the brake fluid had leaked out of my car the brake hose had a leak. Had to pay out of pocket over 300 to have that fixed. That was in August 2023. Then September 19, 2023 my car just completely stopped working. All the lights on the dash just went out car was still going in full speed but wheel wouldn't allow me to get over and make turns. I called and reported to the service center my car stopped on me. Called roadside assistance i back of ID/DL for assistance. He came jumped the car and it slowly went back off. The car sat on Highway 144 express lane for days. When they finally went to get it, it was gone ****** towed it. Waited for the to redeem it called numerose of times to check the status but no one was calling me to let me know anything about the car. Besides they need a payment. They finally got the unit as of 10/2/2023. I've been without a vehicle almost 3 in a half weeks but I've received calls regarding payments and no calls regarding the 2018 **** Escape being fixed. I still have no idea whats wrong with the car. It has affected me getting my 2 kids back in forth to school as well as myself getting to work.

    I would like to just close it out. It's causing me more stress then anything. It's been over a month September 19,2023 is the day the vehicle stopped. My missing work due to transportation. I'm overwhelmed and very stressed over this.
