Horrible company!!!! The sales manager who is ***************************** looked me in face and said sir you will get a roof IF you have a certain kind of insurance. I filed the claim with my insurance and they deposited the money into my account on the 4th of December and ****** received my money on the 4th od December. It is March 8th and they are still holding on to my money, After a couple of months I started asking for my money back but he said the longer it takes the better the supplement. I asked for my money back on a couple of occasions. After over 10 weeks he asked for me to call my insurance to see what is the hold up well the paperwork was only submitted a few days before I tell the salesman that he gets back with me with an apology the department had not sent the request out. I again ask for my money back he told me he was sorry for my situation so I began to curse him up and down and now they are refusing to send me my money back. Not a honest company. I want my money for the last week its been in the mail. Dont fall for the at cost c*** because after fee and all the things they are taking out its costing me money just becaused ****** suckered me.***********************

Classic Roofing & Solar did in fact supplement ******************** claim due to items missed by his carrier, it is unfortunate that USAA took an extremely long time to even acknowledge the supplement request, this happens sometimes. ****************** was made aware of the supplement process prior to us moving forward. Per Mr. ************************** carrier, the *** for his roof alone totals $14,480.47. ******************** deductible equated to $6,380.00 leaving only $9,686.14 remaining to be released by his carrier. After some time, the customers carrier finally addressed the supplement request and approved and additional $1,270.88 to be awarded to his file. After the supplement was settled, ***************** decided he wanted his money returned. CRS was more than happy to return this money, in fact, the return of funds has already been taken care of. Unfortunately, when the supplemental process took place, fees were immediately incurred and were deducted from ******************* refund. *** wanted to be able to take care of ***************** and did everything in our power to do so.

The company in their response is Lying. My insurance never sent me an additional $1270.00 unless it was sent to them. they kept $385 dollars and will not give me a copy of the contract. The months delay was on their part and ****** apologize and clearly stated that the person in charge of the that had checked it off his list but had not actually forwarded to my insurance company ********** manager **** is in on the corruption because he lied about the sending of my check via the mail service. AGAIN this is a HORRIBLE company. I want a copy of the contract.
