            This business installed the wrong windows that we ordered.. the owner denied knowledge of the windows that we wanted.. I agree to keep those windows but they were defective and cant stay open..they said they were going to fixed them 4 weeks ago and still not fixed.. they also supposed to exchange the picture windows for double hung windows but still not happening.. they always give us a date just to keep us quiet but that date still not here.. I just wanted to fix them and forget about their existence.

            ******, we are so sorry to hear this is how you feel. I remember the job. Everything was installed as stated. Black/white SH, XOX, PW windows. We agreed to change out the picture windows by the door with double hung no charge at all. Those were installed over a month ago. The balancers had a smaller strength than what was required. Small computer error. Zero defects whatsoever. We even installed your front door free of charge. You have to understand sometimes things happen that are out of our control. All we want is to make our customers happy. We try and deal with the hick-*** the best we can. A little patience and cooperation are all we ask.
