            This office only communicates via text messages. They have no one answering the phone, so I am not sure how you will assist with resolving my issue. They continue to work directly with my minor daughter (16yo) instead of coordinating scheduling with me. I have texts from the office about appointment dates/times that are not honored. They change without notice and no one seems to know what is going on or why things happen. I have spoken to TC regarding these issues and although sheer is kind, she does not provide adequate resolution. She makes commitments she does not keep and this is affecting the care of my daughter. My daughters medications have been changed and although they have finally been communicated to me by TC, I asked to speak with the provider about them and was denied. I would provide a better provider that I can trust but I have truly been challenged by this whole process it is exhausting.
