      ZERO stars - Ordered three doors from Lowes- They work with Install Partners. The two storm doors installed with gaps --- You can see 100 % through the gaps. Must have interior door shut or you have the outside elements INSIDE your home. Called to have the doors fixed accurately-- Took time off work to meet them at our home. Twice now they have no showed. ****** should invest in another installer. I highly advise everyone to NOT BUY from Lowes or you will be addressing these issues yourself. Install Partners should be embarrassed and ashamed.

      Zero stars! Ordered 9 windows Oct 2022, came in Dec, 1. Delivered first of Jan. **** out Jan 10 saying against their policy to install windows, I called Lowes, was told yes, they can to install. They noticed one pane was loose and needed to reorder that window. Was rescheduled Feb 24, after their supervisor (worthless) came out to see windows. Installers only installed 2 windows. Next available date I was told was April 1st, I told them I ordered these windows way ahead of time since I had a huge family function to be help at my home and very important that all windows to be done by April 15th. They didnt show on April 1. I called sup and asked where they were. He said April 7 was the day. (Not what I was told). Didnt show until April 10th due to weather. I had called ***** asking about replacement window. WAS NEVER REORDERED BY SUPERVISOR WHICH KNEW ABOUT THE WINDOW BACK IN JANUARY! I was absolutely livid. April 10: all windows installed except the one. the guys that actually installed the windows, I didnt mind them but their supervisor, needs to be replaced. I could go on and on. Get your windows elsewhere unless Lowes contracts another company. This was the biggest upset and gave me so much anxiety. Oh and I had received an email from Lowes back in March for me to rate my install? This company listed my install as complete on March 10 when it was NOT complete.

      Absolutely awful. Came out and incorrectly measured. Tried to tell store they were unaware of what we discussed during measurement, and would need to return to measure all again. Never called for 2nd measure but would tell store they had been trying to reach me but I hadnt answered. Cost the store over $12K in sales as a result, because I refused to use them for project.

      Horrible company. Ordered two doors through ****** to be installed by Install Partners. 7 months later I still don't have any doors. I can't get in touch with them, the ****** store can't get in touch with them, and ****** corporate can't get in touch with them. Cancelled my order and got my money refunded. Whichever ****** exec made the decision to work with this garbage company deserves to be fired.

      I ordered windows through Lowes. Install Partners LLC is the only company in my area that Lowes partners with for installation. I ordered my windows 8 months ago, they arrived at the store 2 months ago, and they have been at my home for 3 weeks. Install Partners has been completely unresponsive when going through the process to schedule the install. The first date they proposed wouldn't work for me, so I sent three other options as requested. I didn't hear back for 10 days.The confirmed installation (1/30) had to be cancelled because of the weather. I did not hear from them at all that week, despite my reaching out via their phone system, online chat and through Lowes. I was unavailable via phone for about *********************************************** via email so that we could reschedule. They did not do so. They are claiming to have left me a voice mail, but I did not receive one. Lowes customer service was able to communicate with me while I was traveling, and they informed me that Install Partners has a new confirmed date for me. Not sure how, since no one has spoken to me.I'm now concerned about the quality of work that will be done when they do finally schedule my installation. I paid for a product and service that I do not feel is being delivered.I only selected one star because it wouldn't let me submit with zero stars.

      I've been waiting 3 weeks to have a storm door installed properly. I paid more for the labor than I did for the actual door at lowes. The 1st time they came it was A haphazard install and not up to par with the $800 but at least the door locked. I spent. A second guy came a week later to fix the look of the install and now the door doesn't lock. You can never get anyone to answer the phone with them or with lowes. I feel like I was taken advantage of with no recourse. Pay someone else to do the install and stay far away from install partners

      I ordered 4 doors thru lowes and spent over 10,000$. Install partners llc sent out two workers. They claim one was professional and one was helper. One door was installed by the helper and i declare a kindergartner could have done a better job. Sloppy caulk , frame work cut short so he cut one inch board at bottom to patch. Mortar mix cracking on day 1. The caulk is globbed all over trim work and some ateas not caulked at all. Finished at dark so unable so see all the mistakes for the review. Know pulling hens teeth to get them back out. Will not be going with lowes if the continue to use this contracting group. Just pitiful work!! Wish i could post pics!

      I had a door installed in November 2021. They didn't show up at the originally scheduled time, and when I tried to reschedule, they wanted to do it a week later, right after Thanksgiving. I declined that time, and they scheduled it right away instead. They showed up an hour and a half late for the appointment. During the installation, they chipped away my door frame and made dents. The storm door wasn't installed correctly, so it didn't close shut or lock correctly. One week after the installation, my storm door blew open during a wind storm and cracked the frame. When I called to have it repaired, they said it wouldn't be a problem and they would send someone out to look at it, which was mid-December. The person was supposed to call me to confirm the appointment. Nobody showed up for the appointment. When I called the next day, they told me someone was there, and they took pictures, but the pictures were never uploaded. They told me that someone would contact me about the repair. I have been calling since January 2022, but still don't have the problem resolved. Someone was supposed to be in August 2022, but they didn't show up. I have had 3 work orders close out without anyone looking at the door However, they put in the system that the door didn't need repairing because it was a wind issue. They have zero customer service, and they don't honor warranties. I'm not sure why companies contract with them for installations!

      Absolutely terrible service..never once have I gotten through by calling the office nor had my call returned after leaving a voicemail. It took 2 months of me following up to get my consultation for a closet door installation. When he finally came in to do the consultation I was told I'd get a quote within 2 days. I get a voicemail form ****** (not even Install partners) saying the notes were left saying the job cannot be done. Absolutely no reasoning or details for why they cannot complete a simple project that the technician said would be no problem when he was there..I cannot get in contact to get any sort of explanation. Truly awful business

      My experience is much like all the other reviews. It started the first of June 2022 and after the first install crew ruined my door trim and never showed back up. My nightmare with Install Partners has led to threats of a voided warranty and additional money being owed. I was also told from her that I would have no further contact with anyone including the representative who initially took my storm door warranty. Their claiming I removed a storm door they installed for which is 100% false! They claim to have pictures of this. I asked numerous times during the 7 minute call on 9-19-22 for ******* to send them to me. It never happened. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from a contractor. Unbelievable how ****** can continue to allow this abuse to happen to its customers.
