    I visited this office for a medical eye problem on 02/15/2022 and 03/09/2022. I paid what I owed with my insurance up front at the office. I received a letter in the mail in mid July of 2022 with no account number, due date, or anything, just an amount I owed. The **** stated a $15 late fee would be charged if not paid by the due date(that is listed no where on the ****). I thought this was a mistake as I had already paid what the office told me I owed. Now not even 2 weeks later on 08/02/2022 I received an additional **** from Master eye associates in Arlington that included a LATE FEE of $15. How is there a late fee with no due date on either ****? The late fee also shows charged on 03/09/2022. How can that be when I was not contacted until mid July? My contact information is up to date with this office and they never reached out prior. Ive called the office and left a voicemail with no response. I called the billing number and the representative I spoke to was also confused why I received the is **** almost 6 months later with no account number or due date. The representative told me they would call me back, but nothing. There is no other way to contact this business and they will not return my calls. I would like an explanation of the charge and why I received a **** so late, if not for it to be completely removed.

    UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES, A COMPLETE FRAUD! I noticed that i was charged an additional $40 a month after my initial visit (2/11) for an eye exam. Anyone who wears glasses know that there isnt a copay or very little copay for basic glasses eye exams. I have no astigmatism or anything else that would effect that. I still ended up paying $100 for the $10 copay, contact exam and $30 for something else the insurance didnt cover that they provided fine, not a problem at all. I received my invoice and exam and left after PAYMENT MY TOTAL IN FULL. An exact month later I noticed my bank acct debited $49 from MasterEye ?? ok, i call of course to see why because beforehand I was told by my insurance that I owed them nothing else. The lady who answered the phone said they have no control of the charges and to just dispute it with my bank. Excuse me?!? Then I was told that theres no billing department at this office call *********. Ive been calling Arlington for the past 2 weeks and FINALLY got a hold to someone from billing whom never called me back after being told she was left several notes regarding the issue. Im sure she didnt call back because she knows their company is FRAUD. But wait that isnt even the worse part she now tells me that my MEDICAL INSURANCE was billed bcus they found that I have a medical condition that showed in the photos!!! Wait WHAT!?! Why am I just now hearing that I have a medical condition while calling regarding a charge? I have now been on hold with the cedar hill office to whole time Ive been typing this and no one has came back yet. DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR EYE EXAMS!!! Whatever you sign beforehand is apparently authorizing them to charge your card for whatever reason they choose.Update: the manager whom was at the ***************** on 4/7 at 10:00 AM just hung up in my face and told me that the billing department at **************** gave me false information and she could not help me.
