      On July 9th 2024 I made a purchase on the website ************************* and my order was never fulfilled or even shipped i contacted the seller multiple times through email and got no response i tried to look up the website on here and it wouldnt show but i did see that it was a website made by Big Cartel.com it has been many months now and i have not gotten any information and have even talked to some other people who also ordered from there and never received their order from the information i do know the website is owned by someone named **** and has since shutdown the website even though it is still up and you can still purchase from it, i would like to know where my order is or have a full refund if i continue to receive no response i would like to take the owner of ************************* to small claims court i have given them multiple chances and have tried being understanding but still had gotten zero help from them.

      Were so sorry to hear you havent received your order from the shop you purchased from. To clarify, ********** is a software company that powers nearly a million online stores around the world, but we are not directly affiliated or associated with any of these stores.


      Since we do not play a role in the order fulfillment process or manage store operations, we are unable to provide product or shipment details, issue refunds, modify orders, process returns, or put you in contact with a store owner (whether they are a past or present seller) for orders placed through a store using our software.


      If youre looking for help regarding a missing order, wed recommend filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider for the payment made to that shop if your goods have not been received.       I ordered a hoodie for my son on 12/25/2021 for Christmas. I paid $88.52 through PayPal. Transaction number *****************. The shipping was going to take awhile due to it being the holidays. I don't remember how long but about 2 months later my son reminded me about it and he never got it. I went to website and filled out contact me info. It was too late to dispute charges on PayPal. I was never contacted. My son sent messages and he said he was blocked on social media.

Since we are not directly affiliated with the stores who sign up for our services to sell, we do not play a role in order fulfillment, shipping goods, issuing refunds, or have access to any goods or funds transferred between stores and their customers. All shops are independently owned and run. 


      This complaint appears to be directed at a store using our software services, and would need to be filed with specific merchant the customer ordered from in order to reach a resolution.
