  I had **** to move my sectional upstairs and they destroyed my walls and ceiling of a new home I just bought less than 2 wks ago when they moved my sectional upstairs, the staff was not apologetic after destroying my wall and ceiling he told me the company was not going to do anything about it he tried to use ***** to fix it and made it worse I I called the company and I told them about how their staffs destroyed my walls and ceiling when moving my sectional upstairs and they told us to send pics and that someone will reach out to us same day but no one did.This is very disappointing and it was my first time using them.Thiis is the worst company to go width when moving any your items.

  movers showed up to my place, lied and said they were contracted by the company that I actually hired,and took my money. I initially reached out to Moving Stars Inc. along with other moving services to receive a quote for my move on Augutst 31. To get quotes from all movers including Moving Stars **** I had to provide start and ending location as well as moving date. I never confirmed or was in any further contact with Moving Stars Inc. Moving ******** showed up at my location at 1:15. I noticed the truck said Moving Stars *** and I became a little learly. Upon entering my apartment to assess my items to be moved they pulled out a Moving Stars *** contract. This is when I told ********************* and the other gentleman you must not be my movers because I have already have a contract with ******* Movers. **** proceeded to tell me oh, no we contract with ******* Movers. I still did not understand and he continued to say they contract with other moving companies. I clarified, ******* Movers is not sending another mover **** confirmed, oh, no we are your movers no one else is coming. Unaware, I signed the contract. **** confirmed the small load would take 2 hours. I moved one queen sized bed, a dresser, night stand, desk, 10 kitchen trash bags with clothes on hangers,5 rolling suitcases and 9 light boxes, and it took them nearly 7 hours. **** started the move by unassembling the bed and it took him nearly an hour and a half to unscrew 8 screws from the bed frame. While **** was unscrewing the frame the other mover was watching him. At this point I saw this move would take longer than quoted and not wanting to be charged a huge amount I began to help the other mover to move my boxes and other items to the truck. The other mover said, we should hire you. I was working harder than the people I paid to move me. By the time they completed the move I had to pay $687.50 and I was quoted to spend $250 total with the actual company I hired.
