    Had two cars to repair ask them how soon they could get to it they said 7 to 10 days to get the insurance done. I already had to check. They said itll be $1200 to fix both of them. They get out of my car there to see 300 wanted ridiculous repairs from my insurance who were not going to pay for it because it was outrageous when they got it there talking about going through the door taking door panels off and airbags as my wifes car sat there when they couldve been repairing it and Im paying $50 a day for both rentals and the Karz sat there for over 7 to 8 days so thats $1000. We gotta pay for Rental and they were not answering my INSURANCE when they calledand had the nerve to get an attitude when I was talking to my insurance adjuster. And had the nerve to get an attitude when I was talking to my insurance adjuster and he told me he had called several times and they did not answer his call or return them. I called and told him that was very unprofessional. so I told him Im coming to get my cars. Im sick and legal action against them to get my money back for the rentals I spent I would not do business with these guys. They are crooks. Yes insurance will lowball, but there was this was not no case of a low ball. This is a case of crooks just trying to get blood out of turnips. I had a 2018. They did over $3000 worth the repair to it and I still had a very noticeable thing on my driver side near the back window and I had a referral had sent them more work from my job my bosses Car and three other employees cars and this is how they do a person that brings them more business. This place is a joke.

    This company is AWESOME. **** was great!!! He approached me in the Kroger parking lot just when I needed him. I had just gotten hail damage and didn't know where to start so it was a little bit of karma I think. The company paid my deductible (well they paid $1,000 because I had a $2,000 comprehensive deductible so I had to pay 1/2 which was fine with me). They also put me in a rental car for 9 days which was wonderful as I don't have a rental car on my insurance policy. They met me at the rental car place and picked up my car. Then when my car was finished, they met me again and returned my car. My car looks brand new! I had over $8,000 damage from the hail storm and you certainly can't tell it. They do paintless dent repair. They even replaced *** parts (black trim) that had been dented by the hail. I HIGHLY recommend Hail Medic and ****** They are the largest hail damage specialists in ***** and they treat you like you like a valued customer. I will use them if I ever need hail specialists again.
