    They do not allow returns for a refund. All you can do is order something else and pray it fits. Disgraceful, money hungry business practice. To not allow a return on something you cannot try on is theft. Now I am obligated to try to find something else on their website and pray it fits.

    I (unfortunately) purchased 2 pair of jeans from C&M on 10/21/24. Once the second pair came on 10/26 I immediately wrote to them that I'd like to return both (they were both too short). They wrote back that they just changed their return policy on 10/14/14 (so ONE week prior) and no longer accept returns for a refund to original payment method. Little did they know that their out of office e-mail back to me still stated that "Returns for refunds must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item ..." I took a screen shot of this e-mail and sent it back, also telling them I would file a dispute with my credit card company. Did not hear back for a day so I filed the dispute. The very next day they said they'd make a one time exception and let me return for a refund. But ever since (10/28/24) they have been playing like this is a game and stating because I filed the dispute (which I closed on 10/30/24) they couldn't do the refund until it closed on their end. I even sent them a copy of my ************ letter showing it as closed and a screen shot of the charge on my CC back to 10/21. I am shipping both pair back to them today (11/30) on my dime as after 18 e-mails, nothing is (or will ever be resolved). PLEASE do NOT buy from these scammers as others here have said. I will also be posting on ****, ******, Instagram and FB so others do not lose out like I have. My only recourse now is to refile another dispute with **************** (as they said they'd stand behind me if I returned the jeans). Again, DO NOT buy anything from them, especially during this holiday season. What company does not have a real "refund" policy (I shop **** on the internet and ALL reputable companies do!!!).

    **** initially contacted us about returning her items for a refund back to her original form of payment. Our customer service team was happy to make an exception and approve a refund to her credit card. However, she subsequently opened a chargeback with her bank, which prevented us from processing the refund until the dispute was resolved. We communicated this situation to **** multiple times and provided clear documentation showing that we were unable to proceed with her refund due to the open chargeback. Now that the dispute has been settled, we have reached out to **** to inform her that we can process her refund. When customers file chargebacks, especially in cases where they are not warranted, we are at the mercy of the banks process and timeline. Despite the delay, we are pleased to assist **** and will happily issue her a refund.

    SCAMMERS - BUYER BEWARE. I ordered a pair of jeans - they were the ripped looked. I have never in my life bought ripped pants. I tried to return it, they claim they are not from their company and refused to refund me. I even bought the insurance. They sent me a picture, they look similar. I said perhaps you sent me the wrong pair from the start. They still REFUSED to refund me. They STOLE $70 of my money w/o even offering to try and help. I wish I would have read reviews prior because they are all the same. Please ladies, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Hello, This customer returned a pair of jeans that had not been purchased from our online store. The jeans had no tags or identifying information, so we were unable to determine their origin. We made multiple attempts to assist the customer, including providing photos comparing the jeans she sent with the items she purchased and received from us. Unfortunately, the customer was unwilling to cooperate, and we were unable to process her return. Based on the circumstances, it appears she may be attempting to return an item not purchased from us. We are currently waiting for her confirmation on whether she would like the jeans she sent returned to her. Our business has been operating for over eight years, earning thousands of positive reviews from satisfied customers who appreciate our products and customer service.

    I have been sooooo disappointed with the customer service that I have received with this company! I was a loyal customer until my pants were not delivered, and then it became a game to them. They told me to contact the post office, which I did. *********** said they cannot do anything and sent me back to C&M. Due to the fact that I did not buy some type of delivery insurance when I checked out, they refused to help me. Im sorry. I guess paying for $70 pants was not enough. I purchased most of my clothes from online using companies, and I have never had an issue like this ever! Weeks and weeks later, and I still dont have my pants or any type of a refund! I have paid the company, and I still have nothing to show for it. Moral of the story, do not use this company!! There are other online clothing stores that will never ask you to pay extra to make sure your package is delivered safely. And lets be honest, you can probably find exact same thing for less money at other online, reputable clothing stores. I was shocked that they were willing to rob me of my money, just to prove a point. I am one incredibly disappointed customer! and still pantless. ??

    This is a horrible company and will never order from them again! I sent a pair of jeans back for exchange and ****** said she sent me refund information no she didnt never got! *** sent texts tried to call over a month now nothing! Phone number listed is always busy guess will have to go to plan B which is contact legal attorney. Well over a month now !!!

    Hello! This customer received a refund for her jeans on 6/18/24. An email confirmation was sent to her as well. We receive all customer communication through email and chat feature on our website. We have responded and answered all of her communications that she has sent us.

    Horrible company! Do NOT order from them! I purchased a pair of jeans that I wanted to exchange. I ordered in December and received in January and their response was that my return date had expired. I emailed them numerous times and received no resolution.My advice, do NOT order from this. Company! They are scammers!!
