By far the worse plumbing service I've ever had to deal with, it turned into a nightmare, I called on a Friday at 4pm because of a horrible damp smell in my home, advised of smell and requested someone to check for leaks or water damage which none of those were perform, they employees that were sent out one was to big to get under my house and could not smell (according to the employee he has no sense of smell) the other was in training and refused to go under my house so instead I come home to find my 15 year old son under. My house and roto rooter employees telling him what to look for in a dark area with no flashlight!!!! After here for 15 min they said they don't see a problem, they continued to refuse to check under the house because according to them that's not what they do, I even advised I would pay what ever I needed to I just wanted to find the damp smell issue that had taken over my home over night, they advised me they had searched everything and found no issue which I do not understand how when all they did was looked out side my house for water damage and didn't even check attach or under my home! Then I was advised I would need to pay either 85.00 service fee even though I was told it would be a free estimate and later then told I have a clogged drained line so I was basically left with the main issue minus 164.00 to unclog a drain line I wasn't aware was clogged since everything was fine until they mentioned it../ 1 week later husband comes home after being away and with in a couple of hours he find a broken water line under our home, all wall floor air vent soaked and, immediately we turn off the water we contact roto rooter advised the problem and had they checked properly when we needed them to this issues would have been resolved but instead I have had extensive water damage due to their lack of actually doing their job and to our surprise we were advised to call someone else and got hung up on... horrible, we will be pursuing further. Shameful
