    I purchased a car from this AutoNation on January 26th. (I was contacted about the vehicle, online, just a few weeks prior). From the day I signed the paperwork, it's been issues. They were suppose to transfer the car on January 30th. I had to wait due to being told that the delivery truck was coming to Amarillo late, and wouldn't be leaving to Fort Worth anytime soon. Fast forward to February 2nd, I was able to pick up my vehicle from the AutoNation in Fort Worth (on Byrant Irving). The dealership did not have temporary tags on my car. I didn't notice until a few days later. When I called to ask when I would be getting temporary tags, I was sent to voicemail. I called again the next day. No answer. No one answered the phone, and I left countless messages regarding my temporary tags and permanent license plates. I had to go to my local tax-association office and purchase temporary tags myself. Those tags lasted 30 days, and I still had no received my license plates in the mail. I have contacted multiple AutoNation's to ask for help, however they all say that I have to contact the dealership that sold me the vehicle. Amarillo is 3 hours away. I work full time, I'm completing my clinical rotation for a surgical program with my school, and I'm a mom to a busy toddler. I do not have 3 hours in my day to drive to a dealership to more than likely be told a lie after an hour of waiting, and drive another 3 hours home. I just want to be able to legally drive my car. I have an expired temporary tag, and I do not feel like I should have to pay $30 every 30 days when the dealership has been shady! I can't register my vehicle and driving with no registration is not something I want to continue to do!

    There service department is horrible. With a scheduled appointment at 7 am the first of the day it took 2 1/2 hrs to do a oil change. I talked with the service manager and he said that they didnt have any one to do it. (With a appointment?) I then talked with the GM Jimmy Allen who begged me to give them a good rating when the satisfaction letter came and to give them another shot at it and they would be better. He also comped my oil change. The next oil change was just as bad. Over 2 hrs. Next i keep getting collections from a toll authority from the vehicle i traded in well over a year ago. I was told by Brad that they could do nothing about it. So i guess i'm stuck with all bills forever???? This business is not about customer satisfaction there moto must get the out the door and its your's. I have bought many new units but i think this time will be the last.
